For the past 3 nights or so I have used your video to go to sleep. Each time I sleep like a narcoleptic rock!!!this is ridiculous and I love it. This takes me back home to my rocking chair every night, sitting out on my back porch with a jellybean jar of Beam's bonded bourbon in hand while watching the storm roll in from the Southwest across my land. Usually it was mid-to-late July in Western, Iowa as the mid afternoon humidity would boil up a storm. Watching the dark emerald tassled corn waving in the breeze against an an electrified gunmetal and navy blue sky was always relaxing to me.
I imagine myself in a chrysalis, hanging from a tree in a deep jungle. The rain patters my cocoon and the wind gently sways me. I am relaxed, calm. Changing and growing more accustomed to the world inside. It is safe here despite the storm. The trees feel some anxiety but I can tell they accept the storm by the gentle sways they make in its wind. Here I grow, warm and soft. Waiting... Waiting for my time to fly. The storm is calming and coming closer but I am not ready yet to meet it. Soon, soon I will be awake and soon I will fly up to meet it. But for now I relax... For now I sleep.
Every-time i'm depressed, I just listen to this. It relaxes my body as well as ears. It makes all the worries just slip into dust... *Relaxing voice* Aaaaah...
One of my favorite things to do is smoke a bowl then fall lay down and listen to any kind of ambience. I get so relaxed that I end up falling asleep. Which is what I'm about to do.
What keeps bringing me back to this one is: it is an actually storm, with the rain rising, the immense lightning in the middle. it feels real, and it progresses beautifully instead of the white noise storms you have 90% of the time here

I can almost smell the damp red earth & the wafting ozone 💚 Now I just need to find one that gives me the feeling of being in my hammock up in Tahoe, listening to the wind whisper through the tops of the jack pines.

And I though comercials had invaded THE BEST THUNDER STORM EVER MADE. I was extremely disappointed and made a comment (2) to remove the commercials. I observed that no one else was complaining, so I listened to it twice through, . And there are no commercials. I am Very Happy, relieved, and grateful. Thanks so much for this Very Unique Thunder Storm recording. There is Nothing out there that comes Even close to This. We All Love it.

God damn it! I did NOT make this change, TH-cam has changed their system, and now ALL my videos are infested with these inserted ads every 15 minutes - it's driving me crazy! This is the best rain and thunder I've heard here. Most tend to be always the same 10-20 seconds looping, or sound fake.
