21Km Slow Running with Niko Niko Pace & Low Heart Rate Running Practice

  • 19.03.2023 Started practicing running using Low Heart Rate Running and Slow Jogging Running Method.
    Finished 21Km Brimbank Park Trail Running Festival
    Pace: 7:46 Min/km
    7.7 Km/H
    Average Heart Rate 149 BPM
    Average Run Cadence: 181 SPM
    Elevation: 295 m
    I can see the improvement here because 3.5 months ago i ran my first half marathon in St Kilda
    Even though the pace is 6:52 min/km 8.7 km/h but flat surface pretty much on the road not up and down hill like in Brimbank park but
    Heart rate average is 165 bpm
    Max Heart rate is even 200 bpm which is not good

    👍😁😷 Congrats & good job sir,i practice the late Professor Tanaka's slow jogging as well. I still get winded while slow jogging 1 kilometer but i dont stop, i keep jogging at the start from my front driveway of my house all the way back home. Professor Tanaka's methods work👌😁😷

    I am 57, and I have to maintain under 131 bpm, my pace is hardly 9.30 to 10. Yesterday, I ran 12 km in 2 hours.
