2 most important parts of the video and the camera man is showing the guy instead of zooming in on the anchor. hahaha! Pure genius!
so so true :)
fasten your anchor chain to the top of the fluke (drill a hole) and tie off the base of the anchor to some chain with zip ties when you swing around you will snap the zip ties the chain will pull up from the top of the anchor not the base. very prevalent here in the NW thats what is done here

Anchor will make us bank!!!
I'm sorry Captain Keith, but your suggestion of getting the anchor unstuck is simply going to wrap your rode/chain around the rock that your anchor is stuck under.. I've seen it happen more than once up here in Lake Winnipesaukee. I'm afraid that if you get an aluminum fluke anchor wedged under a rock, then you better be able to dive for it, because getting it out with force is just going to ruin it.
Haha I literally just got mine stuck in winni
So how do you get the anchor out when you go back for it another day? 😏

Not a big fan of this type of anchor where I boat. Which is the gulf within two miles of shore. They are cumbersome for a boat that does not have a winch . Either you cant get them in or you cant get them out.
Danforths work best in sand and second best in mud. They are not so good on rock.
Go back and get it another day?
“Cut the line and go back and get it another day”...how do you retrieve it lying on the bottom of the lake if you’ve cut the line to it? 🤷🏻♂️🇨🇦
Use a small floatie if you have one. If you don't use a fender tied to the end of the line. Make the cut at around 2x depth.
LoL gotta leave it on a buoy
jammed my fingers in one of these more than once 🤬🤬
I rigged a breakaway on my Fortress FX-7
How did you do that?
Do you have a video?
Ty
Danforth not danferth.
Just cut the line? Sounds like a marketing scheme to me. Why not make it easy to retrieve? Oh because then you can’t make more money
