Actually, ever since it got deleted, a lot of fans re-recreated PBB just the way it was, additionally the developers of these copies also started adding additional updates, such as:
Roria League, Dynamax, new Legendaries like Primal Groudon and Tapu Koko, new Z-moves, new weathers, balance changes, made the game more free-to-play, by making bp and tix easier to gain and made all the battle passes free and ro-powers cheaper, etc.
So, in short, this isn't the original PBB, they're copies made by fans with unique add ons.
