    As an electrician that does strictly remodels this is an absolute essential tool. th-cam.com/users/postUgkx0vyBwjtx9GGOuiqUVT2sRoYqmDoNT_RI Being able to precision cut any material with a light weight tool is priceless.I upgraded to this Dewalt 20v from a competitor's 12v. The Dewalt 20v is just as light as the competitor's 12v. I am extremely pleased with the overall performance and battery life of this tool. As far as oscillators go, they just aren't very ergonomic tools. The dewalt oscillators have an offset handle that do make them somewhat more ergonomic than the competitors' oscillators.

    Perfect, boyfriend lent me his and I couldn’t remember how to put the sanding tool on!
    So this video has helped me to be able to use it and I now know what some of the other tools in his bag does and I can go and buy more!
    Saved me loads of time and so easy to use. Why on earth have I be sanding by hand!

    Love this tool. Been using it like crazy from carpentry to plumbing. Much safer and less messy than a grinder or reciprocating saw under a bathroom or kitchen sink when replacing old cruddy drain assemblies.

    I’m a plasterer and I FUCKING LOVE my multi tool. Bit of advice, don’t buy a Milwaukee one!!!! They are shite and expensive!!!! It’s a vibrating tool yeah........but this vibrates its own battery out!!!! And, to be fair, get corded trust me! I’ve had loads of battery ones and they don’t last, constantly pissing about charging, or you go to start and you’ve forgot to charge!!!! Nightmare!!! Corded all the way. That’s genuine honest advice from a lot of professional multi tool usage 👍🏻

      Grinder is still useful. I actually chose that as my free tool for my Dewalt 20v xr drill and driver kit. I'm going to pickup the multi tool for myself for Christmas probably.

    I recently purchased an 18V 4.0 Ah DCS355. It came with 5 tools. Some were branded Dewalt and some weren't, like the 'bi-metal' blade that looked nothing like the one demo'd in the video here. It wouldn't even cut chicken wire! The equipment itself is fine but some of the tools that came with it are questionable. I wonder if anyone can recommend a mean blade that will cut through nails.

      Dremel seems to be the only one that has a proprietary accessory line. Dewalt accessories fit most of the other brands of oscillating multi-tools.

    2:30 who the hell in the world would cut the nail and wood and not removing the nail and cut the wood after ?

    • @AfterBurner369
      @AfterBurner369 2 ปีที่แล้ว

      Sometimes nails are in very difficult to access places, where you can't pull them out with a hammer, this cuts through them like a knife through butter. I'm sure this was shown for demonstrative purposes only.

    • @Nunez87
      @Nunez87 2 ปีที่แล้ว

      we often have to make cuts through wood where nails are sitting because the wood is being held in place. It could be rafters where the roof has been nailed onto from top. So they just show an example of the blade not caring about the nail it's cutting. And yeah it works that way. Very nice indeed.
