The first part of this arrangement is the part when Chibiusa and Pluto reunite after Pluto’s rebirth, she stopped time and died at the end of the second season.
Then it goes to the part when Usagi randomly transforms into Princess Serenity and Uranus, Neptune, and Pluto all bow down to her.
Chibiusa then says that Pluto looks different than she did before, she said she looks “stronger than she remembered” “like she’s part of something greater now” (hence her running off with Uranus and Neptune)
Then the theme song plays and it immediately goes back to this soundtrack after the opening.
Uranus and Neptune are apologizing for their rudeness towards Usagi, but this friendship doesn’t last long at all.. in the next episode Pluto runs off with them again
Then Neptune says that back in ancient times, Uranus, Neptune, and Pluto’s tasks were staying at guarding posts, and they were forbidden to leave.
