I love that both the Try Guys and Try Wives have been open about sharing Ned and Ariel’s experience. Like Ned said, it’s not something men talk about, and even among women, it can be something not discussed.
I can totally relate to where Ned is coming from with the miscarriage and then a new pregnancy shortly after. In July of 2019 I was pregnant with a molar pregnancy. I miscarried at 12 weeks. A genetically empty egg was released from my Fallopian tubes and fertilized. I essentially was just pregnant with an empty placenta. (This was my second loss as I lost my son to Rh disease shortly after his birth in 2011.) I am currently 19 weeks pregnant with my rainbow baby. I was so scared to get excited at first. However we found out recently that I'm having a little girl. She's due New Year's Day 2021. Congratulations on your bun in the oven. I'm excited to share this journey with you.

Right! I think we were all ready for some glorious news! If I have to hear about the same beauty community Drama 17times in a row, I’m ALL for being flooded with Ned and Ariels family growing!!
Also be careful when you take the baby out of its crib. I watched my mom do it so often that by the time my sisters were one I was plucking them out of bed before my mom got up. And trust me when I say it gave my mother a heart attack every time
At first I was hesitant to watching these episodes because I knew they'd be talking about the miscarriage. And I'm currently going through one now. But I think I actually appreciate it that they are normalizing talking about it, especially as men because sometimes I feel as though they don't understand. But clearly, they do. Refreshing to hear how great a husband and supporter Ned is and his friends support as well.
I couldn’t watch the Try Wives podcast when it was released last week because it was too painful at the time. I turned it off 10 minutes in because it made me cry...this week I made it through and it was actually really helpful to listen to. Sending huge amounts of virtual love and support to you 💛
Wow, it's so nice for the ladies of You Can Sit With Us to let their partners start a podcast on their channel, so excited to see more of Ariel and Becky's husbands and Maggie's boyfriend!
I’m so glad both podcasts are sharing and bringing awareness to this issue. It’s still very taboo. While we did not have a miscarriage, we did experience infant loss. Our daughter was born “alive” but due to complete placental abruption, she was brain dead. It’s been almost 7 years and it’s still a deep, tremendous pain, and people look at you funny once they find out you’ve experienced miscarriage and/or infant loss. Thank you again for sharing your journey with us all.
I’m early and I’m ready. I love the open convos that are being had about sexuality, BLM, pregnancy/miscarriage, etc. I’m all caught up on all the trypod, try guys, try wives vids and I think I may have to head over to patreon for whatever I’ve missed. Also, congrats Ariel, Ned, and Wes. That is so exciting and we know your future child is going to be soooo stinkin cute!!
Apparently when my brother was born (I was 5 years old) I would go into my sleep deprived parents room and inform them that my baby brother was waking me up and that it was annoying to me.
My first pregnancy was also a chemical pregnancy and I still feel the loss of it, thank you Ned and Ariel for sharing the experience as I feel like people don't really understand or validate my husband and my loss since it happened so early on. I'm now 9 months pregnant so it's exciting but I still was very anxious about the possibility of losing this one and didn't get to really feel excited about it
Congrats on your rainbow. My first pregnancy ended at 12 weeks and I can completely relate to the anxiousness. All three of my children I was afraid to be excited until they were actually in my arms.
@@merlynne3 I'm sorry for your loss. It's so important for us to share our experiences just in case there is someone out there that feels alone in their emotions, or even guilty because they are afraid to be excited until the baby actually arrives
Congrats on the rainbow baby!! I had a chemical pregnancy last month and am scared of it happening again. I was so devastated, it had just set in my mind "I am going to have a baby" and then puff it was gone.
Fun Fact/correction: Monet did not just paint lilies over and over, he often painted the same exact object (bails of haye, cathedrals, trees, to name a few) in order to capture the different effects of light. By painting the same object (and not just lilies) during different times of the day, he was able to in essence paint light itself. Had nothing to do with profits :)
After a week my godson (age 2) asked when his baby brother’s parents were coming to get him as he’d had enough now. He found it hard to understand and accept sharing parents.
I was 3 when my sister was born. When they brought her home, I played with her a bit, and told my mom they could take her back 😂 She still doesnt let me live it down.
I tricked my son at first by buying a bunch of little toys and say his baby sister got him presents. He was 3 and about two weeks later when she had colic, he told me to take baby sister back to the hospital and get a new one this one cries too much.
I can't believe Miles went the whole episode without playing that recording Eugene made just before he left that goes, "we get it Ned, you have a baby!" Missed opportunities
Hmm would Keith be an “adult baby” in the baby shower again?🤔🤔🤔🤔 👉🏻edit: I FORGOT THE RING BABY TERM 👉🏻another edit: Keith could still wear an adult diaper even if whatever kind of baby shower theyd have
I commend both Ariel and ned and the rest of the try guys and wives for having this conversation and doing it in such a respectful and informative manner.
Zach saying "I let my kid decorate his own room"when Ariel is an interior designer 😂 I cant imagine her ever letting that go. Maybe he can decorate a canvas hahaha
I m gagging for a pregnancy “re-inactment” with the guys as “Mother Nature” giving Ned contractions! With the cute pink sparkle hat and pink jacket! I can hardly wait!!
Whenever Wes is with the baby, just give him SO much attention and praise (especially important since you've stated that Wes loves to have your full focus). Throw in his favourite snack, too. This teaches his brain to associate the baby with good things, making him love having them around without even realizing why. (Ok, so this is technically a trick to get two dogs to get along lol. But I really think it's a solid idea to help new siblings bond)
When talking about the whole Tik Tok situation, can we frame being mad about China data collection but not about US data collection as ignorant and racist instead of bizarre?
I love how the they go from a conversation about Miles pretending to be Ned's baby to a deep conversation about the digitization of media within the span of like two minutes 🤣
HONESTLY these guys are so pure it makes me tear up. They're all hilarious, loving, dedicated, loyal and driven and they're talking so openly and my future husband better be taking some fuckin notes right now from Ned because I swear to god I'm not gonna settle for less than someone who's just as wonderful
Ned has already done the hours of labor thing so next time its the other guys turn. Or maybe just Kieth, while the others are the dads again, as Kieth is likely the next to have a baby and Becky has said that she wont be publicizing if she gets pregnant.
Idea for baby shower if it doesn’t work out. Ned, Ariel and Wes sit out front of the house chillin, listening to music, etc, put out to go cocktails on a table near the road. Your friends grab a drink, say hi from a distance (car by car of course) they leave gift if they want and drive away 🤷🏼♀️
I heard about this on You can Sit With Us on Tuesday, and then saw Ned's individual channel announcement that same night. I love Keith's intro for the podcast this time. I'm with Eugene for "hoping for a girl but expecting a boy" when it comes to this pregnancy. I am glad to not see a repeat performance from "The Ring Baby" at a baby shower, but I will be keeping my eyes open for any changes; being pregnant during COVID 19, with very little likelihood of "fully functioning global society" again until Spring 2021, is one of the hardest things to be right now. Ariel is a warrior!
Hey, Zach--- that's how my birthday goes every year, too. I hear your attempt to be okay with it, but I see your hurt at being unmentioned and uncelebrated, and I'm sorry that your birthday during a ridiculously difficult year went that way. May next year bring the celebration you deserve
I hear you, my friend and I are born 1 day apart, one year she wanted to have her party on my birthday and I said that was fine, but when I went I remember her not even saying happy birthday or her parents - we've known each other since kindergarten - I still remember even 5 years later
Regarding Keith's point about talking about stuff fulfilling you, that's also part of why people who are always talking about making big changes in their lives rarely end up doing so. Do things for yourself and don't tell anyone!
I love how ned and ariel don't care about wes playing with dolls. So happy wes is growing up in such a healthy environment and away from toxic masculinity.
Just a heads up--consider teaching Wes only to say that mommy has a baby in her belly or else he'll start pointing to any woman with a big stomach and saying, "baby," lol. Totally innocent and understandable, but nonetheless super embarrassing!

Don't worry. When you guys come back from the hospital Wes will KNOW. Lol my 2 year old after a week asked me "Mommy, when baby go hoooommee?" 😂 He wasn't too happy when I explained our new living situation.
The last half of this podcast, discussing career reflection and defining accomplishment, is really thought provoking. I definitely think this next decade is going to be a really telling time for the try guys. I look forward to see how you all grow and evolve, and how that feeds your creative selves.
First off, I want to say CONGRATS to Ned, Ariel, Wes (and Miles)!!! I just recently started watching your videos and listening to your podcasts while working from home during quarantine and I'm already such a huge fan- Thank you for having so much awesome content to consume during these trying times lol. I have also recently started going on runs during my lunch breaks, and it just so happened that I, a 26 year old, was on my lil sweaty salty run when I heard Mile's advice that went for my one mile today. So I just wanted to share. :) Thanks for being awesome! Wishing you all the best!
There are a lot of problematic issues with tiktok. The problem isn’t just data mining. It’s the contributions to child pornography on the black market that made me delete it. Anonymous made a video about it if you want to learn a little more
I always enjoy the conversations. Lots of changes happening for these guys. I especially loved hearing their thoughts about the effects of various internet platforms on creativity and the future of public media. I imagine something like this happened after the printing press made personal thinking/story telling more publicly available; not to mention early radio, tv, etc. I look forward to seeing what these wonderful creators put out there!!
When Miles was giving advice about running a 60 second mile, I just died from laughter. The remarks and looks from the other Try Guys as Miles descends into madness so so funny every time. I am still wiping away tears. Man, I really wish you guys could see the audience's reaction to your content. If it's not too much to ask, would you consider doing a podcast live on youtube and answering our questions or whatever other shenanigans? I know it will probably only work if you're all in the same place, so it might be awhile. Thanks for all you do!
Zach brought the goods today, great topics. Wrt art and digital media, I think Eugene's coming out vid is a good example and perhaps you guys should each have 1 or 2 big things for yourself per year that is just you being you.
I agree with you in that I like the girls podcast more but I don’t think the guys are less genuine if you get what I mean. Maybe It’s because the girls bring fresh new perspectives to topics that we haven’t seen before. To me the Try Wives the last two-three years are really coming out of their shells and appearing more and more on camera (which is a good thing)! To me it’s nice to hear the ladies speak on things with fresh new voices compared to the guy’s voices (which are still good btw lol). I think just seeing the girl’s perspectives more in depth is exciting considering their becoming more involved with the face of the channel.
These deep convos on the totality off your work and value of work like toward the end of this podcast makes me want to see the try guys interact with Hank and John Green
Loved the talk about media and creativity in this social media age we are living, sometimes it's really frustrating how quick things come and go like stars that burn in out a week and you never hear about a song/a person again. I think that, like Zach said, every platform has its benefits and I definitely like some quick content too but I think we need to be able to improve this ecosystem so both kinds of media can exist, so we can have quick content coming at us but also stop at some point to appreciate a long body of work.

Anonymous made a video about it if you want to learn a little more
Congratulations! So happy for you both. Great to hear some good news at the moment too.
y'all have so many chances to use eugene's soundboard, bring it in!
Can we talk about Keith’s improv skills? That intro was great 😂
Zach brought the goods today, great topics. Wrt art and digital media, I think Eugene's coming out vid is a good example and perhaps you guys should each have 1 or 2 big things for yourself per year that is just you being you.
I just had my 20 week anatomy scan yesterday. They spelled my name wrong at the top of the pictures.
*curb your enthusiasm theme plays*
36:51 Zach being a leo at heart
Is it bad i kinda like the girls podcast better? It just seems more genuine
Same lol
Only this episode or in general?
Same. I can definitely relate more to the trywives when listening to their stories.
Famous Nath a.k.a. Big DONG Nathaniel good point!
When Miles said “I’ve been trying to feel something so I put my credit card up and just let it rip”.... I FEEEEEELLLLLTTTTTT THAT
If you guys love “Secret Hitler” you’d LOVE “One Night Ultimate Werewolf”, “Avalon” and “Werewords”. So many good hidden role playing games
I love how Miles nods his head while talking to the other guys 🥺
Hey Ned, add sound proofing to either the baby's room, Wes's room or both!
What Keith suggested was the first thing that I immediately thought of when Ned talked about the twinkle twinkle white noise issue
We need a hair update from Zachary! It looks amazing
I NOTICED THE ULTRASOUND PIC ON THE FRIDGE ON A PREVIOUS EPISODE!!! I commented, maybe the video where they recreate the fancy burger???
The amount of hair that Zach has scares me right now but like I’m happy for him
These deep convos on the totality off your work and value of work like toward the end of this podcast makes me want to see the try guys interact with Hank and John Green
Every vid/podcast I watch reminds me why I love you guys ❤️ Thank youu soo much for mentioning Beirut we really appreciate it here🇱🇧 ❤️
WANNA SEE HOW MANY ARE EXCITED FOR THE BABY!!!! HIT 👍🏻 BABY👼🏻💞💞
I was amazed at how big Waterlilies is and how small Starry Night was.
Happy 30th Birthday Zac 🎉🛍💖, aka Zadico Tea, and CONGRATULATIONS on yours/Maggie’s ENGAGEMENT 💍🍾🥂🥰
