His physicality is strength and weakness, it gets him injured all the time.
This thought has been growing in me the last few weeks. He just doesn't look cut out for it anymore. He's not the player he was a year ago and has significantly lost his ability as a footballer. Also, the squad is terribly short. We have to move on some of these short players who are no use to us anymore (like Bruno, Lisandro, Malacia) and replace them with tall and physically dominant players.

I think he’s just getting used to it. The biggest issue he’s got now honestly is that he holds on to the ball for too long. He has to keep it simple as he adjusts to the system and with more confidence and better knowledge of the system he can do his fancy stuff we all love.

Cam, your club has to rip up the Amorim project for the rest of this year. You have to climb the ladder and win Europa League for any semblance of a transfer budget next year. If you finish around 13th as projected and crash out of Europa. You start with zero transfer budget next year and are reliant on sales. And you won't be able to fully realise the value of those sales either due to paying out wages and how PSR and FFP work

We are not doing that. Besides we've seen that movie before. ETH came with an idea and aborted it to get results. Then when he actually wanted to introduce his style of play, the players were too used to counterattacking so he had to lean even harder into it. We're not allowing dud players to overrule the manager anymore, if they have to drown in that system, let them drown and we'll bring in players who can do it. We are setting a new standard.

Young players have fresher minds, fresher legs and better attitudes which allow them to absorb tactics faster and obviously we're only picking the very best from our academy. Arteta stuck with his style of play even when everybody was telling him it wouldn't work and look at where Arsenal are now.

Any coach could’ve came in and the results would the same- we have run of the mill physios, scouts, training complex, sport scientists, negotiators,…now its a bit better cause of ineos but it looks like they have to vet every employee that has any connections with the first team to make sure they are one of the best they can get in their role.
This is all on top of a massive overhaul of the first and reserves.

@okeefedunkley3679 Sorry but I find that hard. From what I can see, Bruno loves to roam around. I do hear what you are saying to an extent that yes, the double pivot behind is not stable and we are not fully progressive through the wingbacks.
But I have seen times where because of Bruno literally dropping to be as deep as the wingbacks in our third - it disrupts us going forward.
And this is not the first (and shall not be the last) we see him just roam around. Heck, when we had a pivot of Sabizter and Fred last season; it wasn't the greatest but at times it was a good balance. Case in the first season in a proper double pivot with Mainoo or Erikson (first season of Ten Hag) - it was balanced. But what? Bruno would still roam out of the 10 position.
As far as I am concerned, Bruno just aimlessly roams instead of having confidence the roles will be carried out by the people there. Instead of roaming unnecessarily; he should hold his position or make movements in his space to create opportunities instead.
With all due respect to Amorim, but when Klopp arrived at Liverpool he also had shite team with almost no talent. Yet they manage to finish top four. Ruben Amorim is no new Klopp and he will not save United. It will end up same way as always has. You will spend shit ton of money and end up even worse than before.
