    I think this guy was the reason why Geno Smith took a huge step up, but Waldron is getting all the credit, as a bears fan I am a little scared of giving waldron too much credit

      Yeah no as a Seahawks fan Canales was definitely the driving force. Waldron kind of proved his inconsistencies as an OC last season for us. But Canales' affinity is building QBs for sure. I have no doubts that he's going to put Bryce Young on a pedestal, hopefully for the better.

    It’s funny how Chris Simms was putting in quotations “undersized small Bryce Young” when he was that exact person always mentioning Bryce’s height when talking about him 😂😂😂😂 sometimes these analysts don’t keep their same tune when they’re in front of a coach

If the panthers had listened to Chris simms and took his advice, they’d have CJ stroud right now. You literally can’t trash talk Chris as a panthers fan.     Great to see the Panthers are sticking with their (Bryce) Young QB. Too many teams give up on rookies way too quickly. This coach is going to make Bryce productive & harness his skills to win some games.

      I’m a Bama/panthers fan so I’m in heaven. It’s wild to see the disrespect to Bryce here in Charlotte. Nobody understands how bad those Bama teams were that he was on. The panthers will never have enough playmakers or Tyreek Hills to make Bryce young even slightly above average. You guys are fanboys to the max😂 face the facts. Bryce Young was a horrible pick and you could’ve had Stroud. You trade DJ Moore and picks to go up and draft a bust. Even if the new coach is good, the franchise has been set back 3-4 years bc of Bryce Young and his lack of talent. Glad he’s a good kid, he’ll make a great college football analyst

Bryce Young isn't that bad, the last OC was just awful and wanted CJ Stroud instead and didn't know what to do afterwards. Not a great owner, though, about it. I projected CAR to be better than TB in the NFC South but the Bucs went to the playoffs and CAR didn't cause of Evans+Baker+Canales. 2/3 ain't bad.

    Canales is definitely right on how to help Young and the team win but its a steep hill to climb because theres no even close to the amount of picks and money to fix thst team in one offseason. Just way too many holes.

      What makes it all worse is that they can't just build a team. It has to be tailor made for Bryce. Bryce needs an OL and receivers around him better than what Hurts, Tua and Purdy have combined and that ain't happening. Can't win games averaging 5 ypa. That's a QB problem. Not a WR problem. The basic and lethargic route running wasn't due to bad WRs. Besides Adam T....they all run 4.4 or 4.3. It's the result of a physically limited QB who can't see/target every level of the field. Also....when a QB holds the ball on average 2.91 seconds....that's a QB problem. Not an OL problem. Not when there's better QBs in the league with better ranked OLs not getting/holding the ball that long lol.

    Man takes over the worst team in the nfl, roster wise, so we'll see what he can do. Personally I don't think Bryce is that guy, but maybe he can show us something this season we haven't seen before from him. Getting him some actual receivers this season would be a big boost.

    Rookie Trevor Lawrence made Chark a 1000 yd reciever, but Bryce Young could do nothing with a even more experienced Chark, but who do the Bryce Young apologists blame?...lack of receiving talent....Yes I'm a Panthers fan, and I'm NOT upset about not taking CJ Stroud, but rather that we took the Rudy version of QB when we could have waited for this upcoming draft class which is far superior.

    1. Panthers were the only team to interview this guy for HC
    2. They talk as if he settled on Carolina bc he might never get a HC interview again.
