Nowhere I could find information about the actual video modes supported, can I a completely remove artifical sharpness, can I use log profile, can I use 10 bit, can I record H265, can make a HDR timelapse, etc, etc. I have ton of questions about YOUR APP and its actual video IQ and specs. Where can I find it?

I think they knocked it out of the park for the size and how smart it is. Especially as a one man show creator. The hand gestures to record and track is the #1 feature that sold me on it! #2 is how compact it gets. #3 is the tripod and selfie stick! It’s my first gimble. And I’m really happy with it. It’s going to change how I film 100%. Not everything is perfect. I find that the legs are a bit flimsy but they get the job done. That being said there are no external attachments, so because they’re build in it’s still awesome and very usable. Other than that it feels very sturdy and love all of the features the app provides. I know it’s a gimble and it’s supposed to be steady but the app itself doesn’t have a way to use action mode. Correct me if I’m wrong. The price is also great for what it does.
This was a great roundup of features. Id look at gimbals before but this seems to present better options and cooler features.

Interesting setup. We use a DJI Osmo for our videos, and it has some nice features - it definitely has some downsides though!
Great Video and wonderful tutorial. I've been "thinking" about getting something like this (if not EXACTLY this Unit) for some Run-N-Gun shooting however, I do like to use external microphones when ever I can. I am very curious how that may be possible with the Insta36 Low. I use and Android platform and having open access to the USB port is critical, looks like Insta has solved that but actual integration would be great to see demonstrated before I hit the "Buy Now" button. Thanks.

I have to congratulate you on an excellent review. This has to be the best and most pleasing few minutes of my time listening to you explain all that this Gimbal has to offer. The reason why I am congratulating you is also for this one very important reason, you explained everything in a fluid and informative way without saying ummm ahhh and uhhhh. example.n I have constantly heard tutorials where the person explaining something keeps saying, I uhhh but uhhh and umm. And this really ticks me off 😢?

Damn… I have been also asking what I can do to have something compact like DJi’s OMs but also allow me to plug the rose wireless or DJi’s wireless mics to it.
But Jev… with all my rugged hiking, tripping over rocks and slopping through rivers and mud. This gimbal looks like it can be stable in a variety of situations.
Also adjusting tracking frame of subject and custom point auto shots. Nice
I wonder… if I can keep the ride or DJI transmitters to the gimbal. Either way. I think… I Love it

Very cool. Once I see a comparison video with the Osmo Mobile vs the Insta360 Flow I’ll be fully on board. This looks very promising though! Wish I’d seen it sooner, I’d have grabbed one for my upcoming trip. But it won’t arrive in time.

I actually returned my Osmo 6 a few months back because of how clumsy it still felt from previous dji gimbals. However I like this. I just ordered this morning from BH.
Have you found this to be much better than the Osmo 6?

which one would you choose with compare to DJI Osmo Mobile 6????
i’m not at all an expert in iPhone videos, but I use the Gimble for a band performance. Everything was great when I was shooting it, but when I got back to review the video, the sound was way out of sync with the video I would love to see, somebody post a video about how to prevent that, how to fix that, whatever I did wrong. The Insta 360 gimbal is pretty cool, but it’s going to get a little complicated if I have to fix the sound every time.
You use that arch for multiple tutorials...i wonder where is it? ...can i check it in VR?

there's movement when walking (y axis) - same issue as all other such gimbals. great extras but main issue of gimbals not addressed

I literally just bought the dji om6. Lmao. Is the app for this one only friendly with iPhones also? I use android and a lot of the app features are not available on the om6 especially 4k 60.

had to return mine within less than 24h due to hardware problems. first time disappointed in an insta360 product. can happen tho... we'll see next week what's coming, let's hope for a thumb up..... 😅

Interested in the 360 part, which could make it a really attractive product, but Mike from 360 Vroomers indicates the following:
"It sounds exciting in concept but the stitching is not good. And it’s only 4096 x 2048. You can save the photos to use in PTGui, but if you do that, I think you might as well shoot with a DSLR. So the 360 pano feature is just for fun or as a gimmick."
If this is really the case, it's a pity...

It’s compatiable with android, but the only 1 thing i notice so far is when you mount the magnet, the android user wont get the notification to open the app like the iphone
I am and I bought this to shoot 360 photos. I was so excited because iPhones have such a high resolution now that I was stoked to use a lightweight apparatus to shoot these. HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT! Insta 360 scales down the iPhone photos and the result is a resolution that is only good for social media. What a disappointment from a company that has engineered pretty damn good resolution on their360 cameras!!!
The app requires you to agree to give it complete access to all your photos and videos you have ever taken not just the ones made using the gimble. I am assuming it will use these for training it AI technology. If they want that from me, they can set up a monthly license fee and pay me for that valuable information. Let's start negotiations at $500,000 a month.
Which lense is better for traveling/overlanding for sony 7siii? G master 16-35 or g master 24-70?
Go for the 20-70 f4 for a solid all around.
