Dan you are a machine . All the other big you tubers I watch struggle with one video a week and you get two to three or more . Keep on keepin on man 👍🏻
Good ( now deceased) friend of mine owned two Bricklins at different times. A safety red one with a AMC ( iirc) motor and a white one with a 351 Ford. Neat cars.
I’ve been watching your older videos. I watched all the nomad, biscayne and Chevy II builds. It’s cool to see this one from the beginning and watch the videos as you’re cranking them out.
55 is my favorite Tri Five. I'm really enjoying the 56 & 57 builds and looking forward to tracking these to the end. Thanks for educating and entertaining at the same time.
You should leave the rear shock mount. I have a rust free 57 Chevy Gasser but the shocks started to rip the metal in the trunk where they originally mounted. So I welded in a top shock mount to cure that issue. Nice if you already have it!
You guys are a hoot. Mortske complaining about you leaving your Bricklin there. Dan commenting on Mortske's opinions. Lots of fun. Keep it up. Where's the boss this week?
I think my favorite stuff to watch on your channel is when you work on/modify the chassis and metal work on the inside/outside of the cars.....very cool!!!!
Dam Dude, I have had trifives all my life, every time I watch one of your videos I learn new and different things! You are definitely the go to guy! Awesome video! Can’t wait for the next episode!!👍👍
I think Dan has an obsession with tri5s, he completely put the opel and the kit car on permanent stand by , I completely forgot the Brickland and Model A . Dan is the Man , putting off the other junk to work on the most popular cars ever built . you can actually see his enthusiasm, when building a tri5
i have become a tri 5 fanatic.. been off work w shoulder sugary have sit n wait for my next hot rod fix .. i have my lemans in the grange but man i want a crusty 57 and you just keep getting these amazing cars. The 56 conversion was so slick it made me feel like i would be able to do that... there are a few good deals on tri five projects out here in the west.. reasonable 4 doors and wagons . cant hate on the wagons .. im sure that to get into one i may have to build a four door ...im so impressed with your vision for crust . i grew up in a autobody family had 2 shops the big shop and the home shop that did restore jobs on the side.. i grew up DD speed shop.. it never leaves your soul ...
Your not a hack Dan I like your style. Plus you are really entertaining I really enjoy your channel so much better then most others channels. Plus the more talking you do the better the videos
If I didn't know better I'd be thinking you know what your doing lol make this original "2" door the one to talk about ! ....have it painted and upholstered and keep it ! 😊
Mortske also called you a "HACK"...doesn't he watch your channel??You call yourself that alot. I think..umm no..I know you are very AWESOME FABRICATOR..saving TRI - FIVES..keep up the great work 😊😊😊😊the great work 😊
Dan, if you don’t have Tri 5 or Die tattooed somewhere you probably should. JS Don’t get me wrong they are cool and I love what you’ve done with the ones you have. Also the how to convert 4 door to 2 door was a vast amount of knowledge learned.
Some of the best trucks&cars to me are the ones that are built not bought...😎💯✌an if i was building this chevy I would go GASSER because they just look good with little work..
Dan you are a machine . All the other big you tubers I watch struggle with one video a week and you get two to three or more . Keep on keepin on man 👍🏻
I do my best. Thanks dude!
What he said ^^^^ 100%
Mortske had mentioned a new video coming soon "How to blow up a Bricklin" coming next week.
Or just put it on Mount Morske til springtime!😆
Good ( now deceased) friend of mine owned two Bricklins at different times. A safety red one with a AMC ( iirc) motor and a white one with a 351 Ford. Neat cars.
😂😂😂
Who besides me wants to send Mortske some Dynamite for the Bricklin?
@@Odawg3709 Nature will obliterate it in short order--they were known to disintegrate pretty quickly...
I'm hooked on this build series this has become my favorite car channel
Thanks!
Thank you Dan for bringing up 3hr video
Why do I love watching you do these frame hacks so much 😢🤪😝 good times
Always loved the "future (insert name) problem" quote. Started incorporating it into my life as well.
I’ve been watching your older videos. I watched all the nomad, biscayne and Chevy II builds. It’s cool to see this one from the beginning and watch the videos as you’re cranking them out.

Your energy level is off the chart. You get lots done
Those frames are pretty flappy looking.
That shock mount welded over top of the axle probably adds a lot of needed rigidity.
Danny I hope for the sake of your eyesight that garage appears brighter than it does on camera.🇺🇸
Dan always has great vision! No doubt about it.
I love how normal/you And Danny are.😊
Seeing what you can revive makes me wish I kept my old truck. There's nothing that you can't bring back to life.
Great start and watching every minute, never have I done this type of spring change give me great ideas of becoming brave. and doing it.
55 is my favorite Tri Five. I'm really enjoying the 56 & 57 builds and looking forward to tracking these to the end. Thanks for educating and entertaining at the same time.
57 Chevy is my favorite car!
You should leave the rear shock mount. I have a rust free 57 Chevy Gasser but the shocks started to rip the metal in the trunk where they originally mounted. So I welded in a top shock mount to cure that issue. Nice if you already have it!

Reel to reel? They were film projectors….best days ever for us kids when they showed up in class! I’m not old…just experienced.

I have been using hockey pucks for years. I still have a collection. This car might end up being my favorite!
Watching this build come together is awesome. Cheers brother.
You guys are a hoot. Mortske complaining about you leaving your Bricklin there. Dan commenting on Mortske's opinions. Lots of fun. Keep it up. Where's the boss this week?
