I bought the Hongdian C1 about a week ago for $10 on Amazon, and I love it.

You mentioned a screw in the converter to control ink flow. I have the C1 could be improved but I don't see the screw you were referring to. Do you have more information about that?

Hongdian c1 is similar in look to Parker Neo beta. Neo beta looks better.
