I’ve got a practice session this afternoon before going to a tourney at my local. I’ll definitely add this drill to my session. I already use Niels Feijen’s yo-yo drill, and this will be the perfect complement. I watched your push-out vid, too-very helpful. Thanks, Darren!

Level one and level two shots will come up in 90% of games. Such an important skill to have working the cue ball back and forth like that on these shots. I see you use Taom V10 chalk. I use it also. Great chalk and my table stays clean.

One thing I struggle with is the slow draw. What I noticed about the way Darren plays those shots is that he has a big backswing, but he doesn’t hit hard. He just accelerates slowly and smoothly through the cue ball

Nice drill, I suggest you show us the tip contact for every shot on a white pool image.

What Do you think of predators new chalk. And which one to buy like soft med or hard. Is it better than v10?

Great stuff. Curious if you are headed to VA Beach for 14.1 tournament again this year?

Hello. I have been playing pool around 20 years and i would say that i am well experienced. I watched hundreds of pool lessons and tutorials but yet i never saw a lesson of how to adjust your timing instantly in the game which is personally the reason why i mostly lose my shots. Because i don't play pool on a daily basis and my fundamentals are not consistently solid my main problem is timing and i cannot adjust it instantly on a set with an opponent. Do you have any tips for this or could you post a tutorial about this issue? Thanks in advance.

Pro just take your time in aiming and don’t pull the trigger unless you feel the shot. And make the last swing different from others swings, when it comes pause at both the cue pool and the end of the swing, and don’t forget to follow through and stay still after the shot to let your mind comprehend the outcome of that shot so that next time you will be able to sense that something is wrong before the shot is missed.

Nice. Way to focus on that 8 ball on level 2.

Love your drills! I wish you would cut your 30 second intro to something shorter. That being said, love the content. Keep it coming!
