I really liked the paper box packaging at the end. In India though polythene is banned for carrying food and groceries, still they are in use. Ofcourse paper bag is introduced in almost most of the big malls and shopping area, but it's cannot carry huge weight.
If you calculate the amount you save each month or 2 weeks from 5000 then after 5 yrs you actually cannot buy a house but you can pay rent for a house .
