Oh I’m from Indonesia 🇮🇩 and whom grew up in Nigeria from 7years old up to 12 years old. This sure brings back memories 🥰 I’m going to try to make this for sure you’re is simple and straightforward thank you ❤
Thank you for the simple but effective method. I used to always order this from Enish through Uber Eats but never again after watching your excellent video. And I do not even know how to cook but your instructions were precise and concise. Thank you once again.
Thank you for this. It was well done and gave you out as a highly educated and intelligent person. I searched youtube for Ohoyi - an ogbono based soup which can go with okra, oha, ugu, elegle etc and you came up. I followed your instructions and far away from home, without a wife, i have managed to do something for myself. Thank you
Thank you for this madam, I really love your video and methods of cooking But All the number of times you added water , I did not see you add salt or Maggie or is it that the salt and Maggie were more than ?
@@chidinmaumendubisi4027 I'm talking about the fermented locust beans. The ones they used before Maggi cubes was introduced. I always remember it was called "ogiri" or "ogiri okpe".
@@Africa1000 she meant the locust bean the poster used changed the taste...hope you know the locust bean she used is the Yoruba own, which is different from the Igbo Ogiri...they are very different...there is Ogiri, Ogiri okpei, and there is the Yoruba locust bean

What if I heat the palmoil before mixing with ogbono??
No problem I usually use hot palm oil to dissolve my ogbono. Hope it helps.

Thank you for this madam, I really love your video and methods of cooking But

It should be ooo, because the one I watch on another channel got me a little bit confused
Always list your ingredients pls
Yes, you are eating all of it. 😂
For those who like to lick their soup at the end got me 😂
WOW
One thing I noticed is that you didn't grill or fry your goat...why?
I was told garlic and ginger will make it taste different.
The locust beans ruined the taste!🤔
Rubbish! The ogiri is a must! That's how our ancestors cooked it before Maggi came along.
@@Africa1000 lockbean is different from ogiri oo

@@chidinmaumendubisi4027 Ok O! ..I thought ogiri is ogiri. Whether Igbo or Yoruba.
Pepper 🙄
Pls cook the meat with enough water seasoned Is it because of COVID you added ginger and garlic? It is terrible.
The ogbono didn't draw .tanks to the okro that made it draw
Show more of your ingredients and the pot not your face pls
