Thank you for the compliment 😊.
No,just mark one piece and then cut other 5 or 7 similar pieces.Then put them on floor side by side and join them with masking tape or staple them.They will form a flat curve.After that pick up the whole thing,glue the 2 end pieces with glue gun and boom your horn is ready.
The sizes are 16cm each.

How did you get the horn to stand up so well? Mine is really floppy even after two cocktail sticks helped out
