How to import custom clothing in Vroid Studio

Hi all this video will run over the basics of importing assets into Vroid Studio. if you want a tutorial for Hair please let me know as this is a little more complex I've found.

For some reason everything I try to import a window pops up saying: “This item is incompatible. Try reimporting after exporting the item with the latest version of vroid studio.” Do you know how how I can fix that?

All my items keep disappearing when I try to import the file but when I go onto the actual file it’s still there. Wtf.

ive tried to import things and they didnt work. only 2 that were images worked. other than that, when i press import none of my files are there. is this because they are .rar .unitypackage .fbx or something along the lines of that. do i need a certain file type for it to work or something. i am so confused

Oof that's a good question, I think I normally go for the FBX files as these normally seem to work, the rar files I belive have to be done a different way as most hair textures are rar and it's a little more complex. I'll try and hop on vroid later today and find out a proper answer for u

Hmmm that's odd? Do u have a link to the outfit from booth? I'll try it on my end. It could just be the origional file is corrupted

Oh blimey? That's really odd? I've never heard of that, are u exporting is at a vrm from the beta or studio bersion of vroid? I use studio, not sure if it makes any difference. Never seen that before?
