This car is truly timeless, not many know the visual design was already finished by 99 and was going to release in 03 before it got delayed by engine issues, yet it could still set the standard by coming out today. Simplicity can remain forever while the excessive detailing on modern cars will only be kitsch in the future. When someone with money actually has the ability to make a fantasy reality, it’s hardcore.
Its timeless cause nobody ever in time likes the design🤮
@@jumpkex9449i do lol and so does the guy you tried to start an argument with 😭
@@Raptor-fx9npThe interior looks like a clowns ass
@@jumpkex9449I like it
This is everything but timeless. It gives heavy 2000s vibes…nonetheless it’s a gorgeous car but it belongs to that period and you can tell instantly from the design.
the way it slowed down instantaneously was really impressive, one minute he was cruising by then it came to a stop at the intersection in a second. it can slow down as fast as it can get to speed which is equally important
hey
Its truly a driver's car...no added gizmos or huge hd screens, physical buttons instead of touchpads.
These are the things i liked most about 2000s cars.
Not at all, it's literally an auto tranny, terrible drivers car
There should be an option for every car, purely analog.. I was always driving old cars, then I've rented new Skoda with large display, I've liked it, what a modern car, but made me watch the display a lot, playing with it, it was actually distracting, a driver's display should be the road's view from the window, physical buttons, you can adjust without watching on them, not trying to find it on screen menu and settings...
@@karlvonbahnhof6594backup camers are legally required now so a new car can literally not be made without at least a screen in the dash showing the camera view
@@karlvonbahnhof6594Škoda's cheapest offerings are about as basic as it gets. Old school radio with CD player, not even buttons on the steering wheel.
Same with commercial vehicles, as it stands it'll be a long time til the cancer of "modern" reaches them.
Let's all take a moment to appreciate the fact that there's not a GIANT SCREEN in the dash. This car was made to drive.
Exactly. Who the heck needs a big fat piece of distraction right in front of them when they drive???
@@13Gangland all people need it but for the "TIMELESSNESS" of the car they didn't make it.
TFW just the oil change costs as much as a brand new Toyota Corolla.
i hate digital dashes so much
this car is almost 16 years old no car had a screen bigger than a calculator
Loved the video! Bugattis are a one of a kind. You are absolutely killing with the content too! You’ve been making videos with some of the most insane and iconic cars which is awesome! I’ve always enjoyed your content for the last several years. Keep up the good work!
4:48 “you can daily drive this no problem at all” bro… people would go bankrupt trying to pay for the gas to drive this vehicle daily 😆😂
I don’t think bugatti owners worry about gas prices😂
More like wear and tear 😂
People with this car would not even go to a gas station. Somebody else would do it for them, charge from their account and they would not notice the expense.
@@dscarmo they indeed would go to the gas station themselves. It aint that deep dude lmao
bro if you can buy a car like this the gas price doesnt matter
That was great! Love the car and your driving skills! You should do reviews on the street and the track! Road course! Maybe with speedphenom! Let's GOOOOO!
Cant lie though, any sport/hyper cars made between 2000 and 2012 were very iconic looking.
love it that you give every car you drive the beans!!
THANK YOU for actually pushing it a little bit. Driving it well!
Parkers content lately has been on fire really loving the recent videos!
It's too fast for those roads.
I thought the same. Driving like that on public roads is selfish and put other people's lives at risk.
Right he’s fucking with my anxiety speeding on those hills

And man... i love this car since i was 3-4 years old. Seen it for the first time in racing games and i still love it)
It's crazy how the Veyron looks like a classic car, and a futuristic car all at the same time. Like, it feels like it was made in the 1940s, like how they feel like a car from the future would look like. Yet it is absolutely a modern hypercar.
Like. :)

I remember thinking how cool this car was back on Top Gear when Jeremy raced Richard and James in it against public transport
Against a plane, it was.
The Super Sport version is miles ahead. Almost a whole different car. And they refined that appearance
@@tebatsokolele4588 oh, that’s right lol
also James May went to Germany and almost maxed out its top speed, the sense of speed was insane!
This car has never been cool
Oh god those wheels they put on it are horrible. But it doesn’t make the car any less cool, one of the greatest cars of all time. An absolute engineering masterpiece, and revolutionary for its time.
I've only seen a few veyrons with nice rims, one from manny koshibins collection and the stradman. Even just the base model rims, i dont know why people go messing with the rims, i guess its just personal preferance
@@isaac2k08 I think the stock rims look the best on the Veyron personally, but putting a different rim on it may allow you to run a cheaper tire. Those michelins run for about 50k a set lol
@@fuze3522 Exactly. The Michelin PAX the car was originally designed around turned out to be a disaster. They never caught on in the broader market and Michelin ended up just giving up on them. They're basically attached to the wheel with an adhesive which allowed very high performance but was just a nightmare to maintain. Now they're almost $50k a set, which is especially ridiculous considering how much tire technology has progressed since 2005. You can now get Michelins that outperform the PAX in every way for a fraction of the cost, so it's a no-brainer for owners who actually use their Veyron to make the upgrade. Any Veyron you see on original wheels and PAX tires is likely a car that is rarely used.
tfw you can buy a prius for the price of their tyres
@@fuze3522
The control panel in this car is a work of art and a half. Love at first sight!
Vehicle Virgins Awesome POV Drive Review I think that Awesome that you got to Drive that Absolutely Gorgeous Bugatti Veyron and I definitely agree that it looks absolutely incredible for being 13 years old
What a car. I can't believe it's 18 years old. I wonder if these tyres are glued to the custom wheels like the stock Veyron tyres. If not, this one can't handle the Speed Key.
Veyrons have always been my dream car ever since i saw it on Top Gear back when i was a kid, the owner of the company i worked at owned one but he never drove it to work, he would drive his Ferrari, Lambo, Rolls Royce to work but never his Bugatti until one day he did, he let people sit in it and gave a few of them a ride up and down the road. Guess where i was? Booked a god damn personal day so i wasn't working that day. I was fuming.
You know everything About cars am happy to watch your videos
Saw this at the Geneva car show back around 2001. To this day the memory is so vivid. Amazing car to see.
Yup. Saw one on a showroom floor in Florida back in 06. I think at the time they were asking like 2.4 MILLION.
The interior is 🔥
I lowkey got scared at the beginning of the drive he sent it around the corner and there was that truck coming and you could hear the tires scream lmao. Pucker factor 9.7
Same. These things are heavy and look like they could be an understeer simulator when pushed hard. Could be totally different with better tires, though.. not sure.
@@hhaste I’m pretty sure these only take special Michelin sport cup two tires that are practically glued onto the wheel 😂 and it has a special rubber compound that allows it to go over 200 mph and it cost around 40 grand for a set 😅 I think he’s on the best tire set up it can get
@@albertolopez4594Aftermarket considering the rim.
yeah this dudes an idiot he’s gonna kill someone driving like that in a 25mph zone
Amazing video, thats how they are intended to be driven!
I've always loved the Bugatti Veyron since it came out & then preferred the chiron but man like you say almost 20 years old & it's still amazing no lack on quality style speed definitely a treasure / future classic if it isn't thought to be already
this man talks more than my gf
Sorry babe 😅
Ong bro like shut tf up and give us some pulls🤣
You drove that like a boss
congratulations for the video, very cool!
Such a timeless and unbelieveable car, amazing.. just amazing👏🏼💯 2005, crazy ahead of time🔥
bros just low key rocking a nautilus. class.
Back then cars had souls and characteristics 😢
Truth. Mid 80s to say 2010 cars still had a raw character about them.
Oh shut up, pop.
The Veyron also has a safety feature. You have to use the car key to raise/lower the rear spoiler and the key slot is inside the door jamb, meaning the car has to be parked up and turned off with the door open before you can do so. It prevents anyone from doing it accidentally and unsettling the car at speed.
I’m not too much into sports cars but I can’t deny I crave this car. It’s an icon and despite Bugatti releasing even more advanced hyper cars, I think people always find themselves coming back to the Veyron. It’ll be one of the cars that will be talked about for decades.
The crazy part is,,, bro is driving it like a 9th gen civic SI
I'd honestly take this this over Chiron. The classic 00's look and the car was basically completely new & groundbreaking to any other car ever. Chiron is an upgrade to that, the Veyron is the pioneer.
It warms my heart to see a fully analog console. Would've been cooler with a gated manual stick, like the one pagani utopia has
Nothing on video compares to the real experience of being in one it’s amazing.
This and the 991.2 GT2 RS are my favourite cars! But the Veyron is the greatest to be made
The first hypercar was Mclaren F1. Just to remind everyone of the absolute beauty of that car, and to keep its historical relevance in tact.
That depends on your definition, But the term hypercar was born when the veyron came along. First production car to hit 1000hp, First quad-turbo, first car with DC7 auto transmission, first to reach over 900 foot lbs of torque... The F1 is and was a beast of its time but the Veyron took it to a new level and gave us the hypercar title.
@@danimayb fax
@@danimayb no one actually into motorsport recognizes the term “hypercar.” Just some buzzword made up by salesmen to drive up demand. What’s next, mega car? Ultra car? Super saiyan car? So dumb.

3:34 damn like every bugatti test drive is super carefull with a bit throttle sometimes but yyeah man, thatss it!!!
Dam go you ripping around the canyon in that pricey whip! 👍💪
people were calling certain cars "hyper cars" since the mclaren F1
Well that’s debatable because the McLaren F1 was naturally aspirated while the Bugatti Veyron has four turbochargers, it depends on what people consider a hyper car, in most people’s opinion, hyper cars are not naturally aspirated, if you are using technology, turbos and/or superchargers to make the car go over 200 and 300 mph, it’s consider a hyper car, while the McLaren F1 use weight saving and a large displacement to achieve that goal, on most websites I’ve been on about cars, the McLaren F1 is referred to a sports car or supercar more than a hyper car, even though it can go over 200 mph.
@@dylanmijer2890 There is no true definition of hyper car, it is opinion you are right. But people have been calling the F1 a hyper car since it launched, I know because I was alive then. My personal definition for a hyper car is if it has a carbon fiber monocoque, a mid engine, can go over 200mph and is super limited production.
@@dylanmijer2890wtf, that makes no logic.
I saw how bad was the turning radius, but it has to be like that, it has very wide tires.

A very nice high performance car indeed. You might be safer not crossing your arms on the steering wheel if you wish to maintain control while cornering.
Yeahhhhh brooo I've driven the Adder all throughout Los Santos too
This is why you always have to wait so long to see the supercar rev the engine. Because the driver sits and films the interior for youtube before driving. XD
