Hi Dave, Thank you for creating a video about SubEasy-we really appreciate your support! We wanted to address some of the issues you mentioned: 1.Glossary Feature: We’re currently developing a feature that allows you to set a default glossary that stays effective long-term, so you won’t have to configure it every time. This should be available soon. 2.“Remove Filler Words” Location: We placed the “Remove Filler Words” option in a secondary menu because it’s not widely used at the moment. As we plan to add more features to this menu, we felt this was the best way to keep the interface organized for now. 3.Subtitles Filling the Preview Window: This issue in the Transcription View has been fixed. Thanks for bringing it to our attention! 4.Independence of Edits in Transcription and Subtitle Views: We understand this can be confusing. Currently, changes made in one view don’t sync with the other. We’ve added a reminder to clarify this behavior. 5.Unexpected Pop-up After Transcription Completion: We’ve fixed the issue where the window would unexpectedly pop up when transcribing a TH-cam link while navigating other windows. Thanks again for your valuable feedback. We wish you all the best with your channel and hope your videos continue to thrive!
I think it wasn't a glitch for the translation credits - if you noticed, for each of the options there's a label "free trial", after you used the superior quality the free trial was used and you had now to use credits for it. I wouldn't have noticed either at first, I got there just by comparison when I noticed the second time you open that menu the label was gone not indicating a free trial anymore (commenting as I watch, maybe you're about to say it in the video making my comment completely redundant)
Yeah, but what was weird is that before hitting record it was showing me the charge, sometimes but not all the time. The free trial badge was still there.
Basically, I think the platform and UI is good, but it had several "one time" glitches that I didn't capture on the video, but I think are important to note.
Hey, Dave. I have a couple of questions for you. I may be missing something, but I didn't hear your comment about the audio quality of the translations. (These translations are done audibly, as well as in translated language bits, right?) For someone who has developed a product to market to an international audience, would he be able to take an original video in English... and then embed the translated video onto a separate website that has been specifically built to cater to an individual language and country (or countries)? And again, the audio would be in that foreign language, right? Please let me know, Dave. It will be through your link if I decide to pick this up. Thank you.
French translation is quite good indeed. Aside some minor technical things (like the double "et vous pourrez décider si c'est un choix adapté pour votre entreprise. and you can decide if it's a // bon choix pour votre entreprise. good fit for your business.") and a strange word (yes strictly "jauger" is exactly "get a gauge for" but no one would use that, rather "juger" = "judge") and a difficult broken sentence (I am currently, by the way, you should know, I .... would not be translated that way). Also french would not translate "right" ("n'est-ce pas ?" is correct, but strange again) and so on. But globaly, it's just very very good

Very interesting video!
Thanks for watching!

It does not do AI voice generation:)
Hope that answers both questions. 👍

Merci d'avoir examiné la transcription !
Does it give you the transcription without the time included as well?
The timestamps are only in the subtitle view. Switch to transcription mode for no timestamps.
@@dave-swift but you can actually download a transcript with timestamp
@@dave-swift but again that would cost credits to go back and forth, that's not right :)
@terrygu3677 Yes, you can download the subtitles with timestamps.
Great looking tool, however, there are so many tools that also offer transcription and subs its difficult to see where this tool will go.
Thanks for the comment @marv290. I responded in the latest TTR: th-cam.com/video/dEtdj24ITdg/w-d-xo.html
Really Awesome
Thanks for watching!
