We just camped at Kaiser cabin #8. It is a one room with 4 beds. It has a newer stove/oven and a relatively new refrigerator. It was freshly painted in 2022. There is a really nice brand-new bathhouse about a 3-minute walk from the cabin. It has a room to wash your dishes and individual and family shower facilities that are handicap accessible. It is super clean and well lite at night too! We didn't see any bears but did hear a lot of coyotes in the distance!
I use to camp on Kaiser trail and one time,a bear stole my family’s peanuts,sat down in the woods and started eating them!It even knew how to crack them open
I was at Kaiser was with my parents telling the neighbors at Kaiser 2 that was a 300 ib + bear in the area and out comes the 300 ib + bear looking at our mini van and my dad walked slowly towards the bear and shut the trunk door on the mini van and the bear turned around and ran back into the woods
