Mesmerize was the last amazing thing he did in group. Serart was the last amazing thing he did solo. But I really don't like the rest. I can't stand Serj anymore (sorry). It's repetitive, the same of the same. I like Baby, I sing it. But yeah, Steal this Album, Toxicity and Mesmerize were the creme de la creme. I think his ideas need group lapidation, System of a Down needs to reunite asap so that each of them can save their careers and I'm not talking as a fan. Of course they have money to stop right now and live large for the rest of their lives. I'm talking about their art. Music is one of the few arts that are better made in group.

That's a huge statement against autotuning the vocals right there. His pitch was all over the place BUT he really sang it. No autotune. No AI. Very imperfect but at least it was real.
The dissonance is intentional. It's part of the message in the song. He's incredibly talented and it's so amazing to watch their early shows before they got up to fame and hear the amount of growth in his skill.

Without a doubt Serj is an artist who can do great things alone, however, listeners are very used to Daron's guitar and second voice. Therefore, we need them together. Please share together again, what you do together cannot be emulated by anyone in this world ever. I have truly cried with the wonders of Serj without Daron, because of the helplessness I feel that with him it would surely be a masterpiece.
