The One thing I think SpaceX needs to do, is make an adapter kit for their Suits, so they can work with Boeing, NASA Standard, and Roscosmos Environmental Systems. We found out the hard way with the recent kerfluffel, where the Astronauts who went up to ISS with the Boeing Starliner, and Boeing Built Suits, couldn't ride home in the Crew Dragon from SpaceX because of Suit incompatibility, Suits had to be included in the Crew 9 Cargo for them to return in Feb. Redundancy is key when it comes to safety systems.
The new NASA EVA spacesuit is rather bulky but have enough space for astronauts’super absorbent nappies. Will this EVA suit allow astronauts to wear nappies?
No one. NASA made those in the 70’s and hasn’t made a new one since. At the time, they made them in “International Rescue Orange” for visibility in an ocean crash. They only wear them during take off or landing when they could possibly crash into the ocean. It is the same color as life rafts and life vests. They haven’t made any since and have been reusing them for fifty years.
I’ve been working on the SpaceX helmets for 3 years. Very well made.
@@Erik-oe7gc um… that’s super cool!!
Fairly weird flex but ok
