You can purchase my personal Template and adjust it to your size on my etsy: www.etsy.com/l...
    MATERIALS NEEDED:
-Some shoes you wish to use (I got mine at Walmart for $6)
-Gold Stretch Fabric (1/4 of a yard should suffice, also got at Walmart)
-Cling Wrap to wrap the shoe with (or you could also use a shopping bag, )
    -Scissors
    -Sharpie
    -Duck Tape
-Tracing paper (any, as long as its big enough to trace your pattern on)
    -Sewing machine/ needle & thread
-E6000 Glue (which can be found at walmart or crafts stores, note that it takes a few hours to dry)
    PROCEDURES:
-First we will grab a piece of the wrap, and wrap one shoe with it
-I taped down the sides a bit to prevent the wrap from slipping off constantly
-with the same plastic wrap, I created the piece that will be the curl at the front of the shoe. .
-I added tape to the tip of the curl, and then began adding it to the rest of the curl, taping it down to the shoe itself, allowing the shape to stay in place.
-Finish taping the rest of the shoe, I suggest that you only add the tape as far down to where the rubber of the bottom of the shoe begins
-next grab your marker & begin tracing the top and bottom edges of the shoe ( this is what we will be cutting in a bit) Feel around the shoe if you need to, so that your lines are as close as possible to the original shoe edges.
-Draw a line straight down the middle of the back side of the shoe & draw a line going down the middle of the front as well, following the inner part of the curve too.
-Label your sides, I put an "O" for the outer part of the shoe, and an "I" for the inner part of the shoe. Labeling is necessary so that we know which side goes where, as one side curves more than the other following the shoe shape.
-next we will be cutting out the pattern. I cut the back side first, (that straight line going down the middle) be careful not to cut your shoe, & as soon as you cut that one line, you should be able to slip the shoe out & cut the rest of the pattern freely along the lines that you drew.
-Grab the paper you will be tracing your pattern on! I used a regular white sheet of paper, and I pinned down my patterns to avoid movements while tracing them, but that is optional, you could always just hold it down in place as best as you can
-Label each piece of the paper patterns you traced accordingly, as this is what we will be using to trace and cut onto our fabric. The tape patterns are no longer needed at this point.
-grab your gold fabric and place the wrong side facing you, (shiny side down & matte side up)
-place your paper patterns on the fabric (pin down if you'd like) and trace the patterns.
-now we can cut out these fabric patterns & place the shiny sides together, align them as much as you can, Pin these in place as we will now have to sew the ends together (remember those lines you drew and cut straight down the front along the curl & the back? yes, we will sew those right back up together now), leaving the top and bottom center edges loose (to be able to open and slip over the shoe)
-Once we have that sewed together we can flip our shoe cover inside out, & we will begin to stuff the curl to give it that full effect, you can always just use the scraps of fabric that remained, or if you have fluff on hand already then you can use that as well. I already had a bag of fluff from previous projects, so I decided to use that instead, but both methods works great.
-Once you are satisfied with the shape it takes with the stuffing, slip the cover over your shoe, adjusting it as much as you can to the proper alignment
-Next you can hand sew or glue the fabric down with E6000 to the shoe. I decided to glue, adding pins to keep it from slipping out of place until the glue fully dries overnight
-for the other shoe, we will take the same paper patterns from earlier, FLIP THEM onto the side that isn't labeled, and trace them onto the fabric (the flipping is essential so that the curves flip, and we won't end up with two left feet, or two right feet)
-repeat the steps of cutting them out, pinning the shiny sides together, stuffing the curl, and sewing/ gluing down the cover to the shoe.
-Let them dry over night & take out the pins the next day. Now you have your very own Princess Jasmine/ genie shoes.

Well done. Beautiful results. Is there any way to keep the cover on without gluing it to the shoe? I wanna make covers for my 4 yr old's shoes but I want them to be removable.

hmm I made mine permanent for cosplay purposes, but you could always try using some double sided tape or small pieces of self adhesive velcro!

you can also try sewing a little piece of elastic to the edges of the fabric, that runs from side to side underneath the shoe, and maybe one from front to back so it forms a plus, to keep the shoe from slipping out, but still provides easy access to put on and remove as you please!
