Mine got stuck on the "Samsung Galaxy Tab S4" and the next "Samsung" screens like an endless loop. Already cleaned the cache, did a factory reset in the recovery menu, drained and partially recharged the tablet. No luck. Any other ideas?

This doesnt help at all. After you factory reset it, you still have to sign in with the same google account you used previously. What if you sold this and the new person wants to sign in? How do you factory reset and be able to sign in with a new Google account?
