- Interview with actress Linda Evans from March 2007. She touches on a number of subjects, but mostly talks about "Legends", the play she was doing at the time with Joan Collins. She also shares fond memories of her time on "Dynasty".
She really is such a sweetheart. So down-to-earth and honest about herself.
She's so gorgeous and seems so sweet!
Britt Liz, I went to see her when Legends came to Boston. She was so nice after the show, giving everyone autographs and taken pictures with everybody, including me. Joan was bitchy. She would not take pictures with anyone, and scribbled her autograph. I had a Big Valley record album I got years ago and brought that for Linda to sign. Joan came down the hallway first. When she walked by me I said Joan, can you sign this, she looked at it and said I'm not in that, and she walked away from me. Linda signed it of course, and I took a picture with her. Joan was Alexis in real life that bitch.
The show was actually quite deft and touching, and Linda's performance was spot on. Amazing that she had never been on stage before. It was a privilege to be in the audience.
Thoroughly enjoyed this short interview...always a fan, however, admire and appreciate this humblessness & openness. Audra/Crystal...thanks for introducing me to Ms. Evans as a child mom.

She would have had any right to be a moody arrogant Hollywood lady and instead she is the most beautiful and humble person! What a great character in this timeless beautiful body. She has got so much of an angel, and I do like her upcoming sense of humor
PIFF PAFF, WENT TO SEE HER IN LEGENDS IN BOSTON AND SHE WAS GREAT. GAVE EVERYONE AND AUTOGRAPH AND TOOK PHOTOS WITH EVERYBODY INCLUDING MYSELF. JOAN WOULD NOT TAKE A PHOTO WITH ANYONE AND WHEN SHE SIGNED AN AUTOGRAPH SHE JUST SCRIBBLED HER NAME SO YOU WOULD NOT KNOW WHO THE HELL SIGNED IT. JOAN WAS LIKE ALEXIS IN REAL LIFE. SUCH A BITCH!

Did she ever wear her hair up on "Dynasty"? I wish she had...
She occasionally had a ponytail or a kind of mullet. But 99% of the time it was the hairdo she was known for at the time.
Both Linda and Joan have worn the years well, although I reckon Joan, thanks to those big brown eyes, and plenty of face paint, has worn the years for the better. "Heaven knows what Joan looks like first thing in the morning" Ask Percy.

Reading Joan Collins' published diaries, Linda Evans and her entourage was HORRIBLE to Joan Collins for the entire run.
ANIMAL LOVER, BECAUSE JOAN WAS NASTY WITH HER AND TRIED TO STEAL THE SHOW. JOAN DID NOT WANT LINDA EVANS IN THIS PLAY. SHE WAS HOPING TO GET SOMEONE ELSE BUT THE PRODUCER WANTED LINDA EVANS. JOAN WAS MAKING FUN OF LINDA BEHIND HER BACK CALLING HER TROUT MOUTH ECT. WENT ON THE TABLOID SHOWS SAYING BAD THINGS ABOUT LINDA EVANS. JOAN WAS A NASTY PERSON ANYWAY. TO BIG AN EGO!!!!

I wouldn't believe anything Joan says. Everyone who's ever worked with Linda has nothing but nice things to say about her. It's been reported that she's the only one in Hollywood that no one has anything bad to say about. It's always been reported that Joan is a diva.
