- I thought this would be an interesting video as a lot of people, either do not get to see the course or are not familiar with the course when they do have the opportunity to row on it. Hopefully this helps a little! Enjoy!

Hey Cam, it's fun to see how you get excited just describing the landmarks as you get towards the end of the course! Could you do a video where you talk about some of the different races at Henley and the history behind them? For example, the Ladies Plate that you'll be racing in?

Fantastic video! The only extra thing I would have liked for the video is that you had built up the pace over the first 3/4 mile and done the last full 1/4 mile section at flat-out race pace, then cruised with super-long cover for the rest.
Difficult to do when we are out there rowing first then filming second!
@Camerom: I was wondering, what are your main pointers when rowing you have to keep in mind? Like, for me, they're: relax the shoulders, square on time and keeping pressure on the foot stretcher, eg. Also for beardmans and your previous pair-partner :) Keep up the good work and good luck for next week!
For me, I'm thinking of making sure I am staying long and pushing harder than I think is wise. Generally this works for me! Thanks for the support! #yamsquad

Lovely course tour. the only thing better is rowing down it yourself. Are you enjoying 7 seat? what is your ideal seat to row in in the 8+?
I really enjoy what I am doing just now yes! I don't know if I have a favourite, maybe 7 or 5 but both have their own merits!
Is there a specific reason the course is 112m longer than 2k?
Hi Cameron, do you know where the GB boats are being stored in the boat tent?
The vast majority won't store their boats in the boat tents. But if they do, I have no idea
There are national team boats, just not under national team names!
Do you guys try to keep everything below a certain split?
Split can be so variable depending on conditions so for a certain type of conditions we know what speed roughly we should be going
Do you get back pains from sweeping?
8 am fortunate to avoid back pain mostly. I know my body and know when things aren't going well so usually am able to prevent anything from getting painful

Indeed. In the Ladies Plate!
Ah I presume by pre-qualification
Indeed. 10 entries of a maximum 12 so all entered did not need to qualify.
