Besides Leyla spent many weeks at their mountain home in the past helping take care of the kids, cooking, going on fishing trips with Saladin, spending school vacations with them and Saladin’s other brother the herder. Saladin is a man of integrity. Leyla is the kids’ cousin and they share the same grandparents. What some people are suggesting is incest and evil and it needs to stop.
Leila is the man's niece, and her mom sent her there to help Fatima out until the baby was born. Then Fatima developed high blood pressure during labor and had to be life flighted to the hospital. Then Fatima developed a blood clot in her leg. That requires blood thinners several times a day, and treatment can last 6mos or longer, and there's still risks with that. I don't know for sure, my questions never answered, but I think Fatima may have suffered a stroke from these blood clots. In third world countries they don't have the best drugs so warfarin has to be used to melt those blood clots.
I had a blood clot from my pelvis down to my ankle and in the main artery and secondary vein, that threw three clots to my right lung! In the lung like that, can go to the brain or heart a kill a person.
I was in the heart ICU for three days getting shots in my stomach. Three shots every like four hours. So Fatima was really sick! And if she had a stroke, how can she go out to the desert like this, no running water, toilet so far away??

Espero que llegue pronto fatima y tome el lugar que le corredponde .....ya esta bueno el hospital no es bueno tanto tiempo menos para la deprecion a ella le hace falta ver a sus hijos y ver a saladino que es su esposo deberian traerla a su hogar ya es mucho tiempo ....le aria bien. Estar serca de sus hijos es la mejor terapia que pueda tener y eso le corresponde a saladino intervenir en las desiciones de los medicos como tanto ???
