Вообще, раз сейчас Лейла занимается ребенком, то неплохо было бы ей и Саладину проконсультироваться у врача - педиатора. Что б рассказали о режиме питания, гигиене, скоро уже можно будет давать прикорм ( с какого возраста и что). А, то они как только заплачет, сразу бутылочку со смесью ему дают, а причины плача могут быть разные.Еще заметила, что у ребенка голова часто наклоннна на один бок- надо следить за этим, чтоб потом не было проблем с шейным отделом позвоночника.
Please lay the baby on his stomach so that he can learn to hold up his head. He is top heavy and his head wobbles and he has no control over it. At this age he should have muscle tone to be upright. I also please give him water it is so important. He should not be drinking powdered milk only. Remember Leila is a child herself and does not understated how to raised this baby.

A suggestion: instead of always giving Kian milk, it would be good to have boiled water for his bottle. We never see him drink water. It is so important for his health! Just boil water and set it in a cool place away from sun and is ready for him to drink often.

Everybody has a suggestion on how to care for the baby. If I’m third of hearing it, I’m sure the family is too. Let them breathe for goodness sake! The baby will survive! All do. And not all have 1/100th the attention and love this one does. So, let’s all be a little gentle and slow down on the advice. When mommy takes over she’ll fix whatever needs fixing. Don’t you think ? Love this family so much! I haven’t missed a show in 4 months. I’m 76 years old and I’ve raised 4 beautiful children myself. And each one is successful and happy. Love you all.

Cameraman - please tell Saladin and Leila to lie Kian on his stomach more often so that his neck and other muscles begin to gain strength and develop. His neck muscles need to develop more to hold up the weight of his head! This is not being done very much at all. He needs more exposure to the sun also to take in vitamin D which is so important to his growth and development. They all need to know this in taking care of the baby.
Leila and Asea are children and do not know these things of course. All they learn from viewers suggestions can only help in caring for the children and helping the family.

Please do not allow the children to handle raw meat. It contains bacteria and the meat should be cooked thoroughly. Have the children wash their hands very well after touching raw meat. @shahnaazrajaal2252 they are too young to realise it and can be easily distracted. The one who is extremely emotional is the smaler one with the big blue sad looking eyes. He was always crying the loudest at the goat stall, where Fatima could hardly handle the twins if the father left them. She hardly was speaking etc..I already felt sorry for her then. Leyla should get a medal for what she is accomplishing. The mother will never be the same coming back home. She was very depressed already and wanted to commit suicide at the 1st hospital. Many of the viewers evidently didn't watch all the entire videos.
Saladin should have arranged long time ago, to get professional help for his children, because his wife will not be able to leave the hospital and become immediately functional.
She doesn't even recognise her own family, eventhoug she has improved healthwise. She had a thrombosis plus a lung embolie etc.. Wishing her a speedy recovery sounds nice, but she's lucky she's still alive, or else she wouldn't be still in the hospital for such a long time. There is such a terrible language barrier with those iranian TH-cam channels and people's comments sometimes don't make any sense how they are being translated.

Good observation! I feel the same way. The doctor said that Fatima was very depressed and wanted to commit suicide several times. Besides her thrombosis, she was mentally very unstable. He treated her horrible being pregnant in that goat stall what they called their home. Now she is better and awake but doesn't recognise anybody. Viewers here think that she will be ready to be a normal mother again for 4 children, like she had never been in the hospital, since she gave birth. Sad story indeed, if it is really true!

I’ve seen the same complaint in other nomad channels. In their culture, they don’t seem too overly show affection to the spouses. And it seems that is the fathers that pour all the love and kisses to the kids, even the mothers don’t do as much affection with this culture.

Either a spouse who die, or someone was throwing out of their house, or a second spouse came, they are all the same scenarios over and over again.

ce bébé me fait peur, il ne tient pas sa tête, ne cherche pas à saisir des objets, ne joue pas avec ses mains, et dès qu'il ouvre la bouche on lui refile un biberon, et après on le secoue pendant des grands moments, et au lieu de le mettre sur le ventre on lui attache les bras dans son berceau, le cul dans le sable !!!! c'est une autre culture ok mais Laïla n'y connait rien en bébé, il lui faudrait sa maman ! et il va avoir le crâne déformé et plat comme ses frères.
Babies have to have sit up time , he needs some kind of a little chair to sit in for awhile after he wakes up. Poor baby is always laying down on the hard floor. That baby Carrie’s is not meant sleep in all the time either , it’s not good for their little spines. Such a very sad situation with no mother around to raise the baby. 👶🏻🍼👶🏻💙

It would be good for Kian to lie on his stomach and flap his arms and legs around like a baby turtle! This way he gets the exercise he needs in developing his muscles and the girls wouldn’t always have to hold him. He would get use to being on his tummy and learning to move about more.

He could be distracted for one second with the sound of baby or children & break his hand with the sharp knife. God, he can use the tray with the chicken to cut the back born or whatever needed.
