I keep coming back to these updates as I progress on HRT myself. It's so nice to be able to come back to these when I'm having a rough day.. I don't know why, but they make me feel better.

About the vein thing... Sam here seemed a little concerned that her heart might be weakening, and she may have been joking, but I wanted to alleviate anyone's concerns.
Whilst I am not an expert (so don't take this as medical advice, ask a doctor), from what I've learned, it is perfectly normal for someone on HRT to have less prominent veins, and if you're reading this and on HRT, please don't worry that your heart isn't pumping as strongly.
Males naturally have higher blood pressure and muscle mass, which is why their veins stick out - clearly this is a sign that Sam's muscle mass is redistributing and lessening, and her blood pressure is lowering.
Technically, yes, with lowered blood pressure that means your heart isn't pumping with the force it once did, but that's nothing to concern you. In fact, high blood pressure is a BAD thing, and some experts even suggest that the naturally high blood pressure in males is the reason why cis women naturally live longer than cis men. So, it's not so much "pumping less strongly" as it is "pumping more moderately".
Your heart's not weaker, it's just not overdoing it anymore.

Funny because I stopped being moody literally as soon as I started transitioning. But I am Intersex and started experiencing menopause symptoms a month before I started Transitioning.
