This guy is effin great. I only found out about Mr. StaleKracker a month or so ago, enjoyed every episode, and found that ol 2 step fire in the store I hateMart and used it as a stand alone seasoning on a brined pork loin, it's pretty damn good; it will burn if you need to sear stuff, but it's not bad atall.
I'm convinced that this man is a genius and i would love to hang out with him.
