I have done this, i paired my tamed lutino with wild grey they become so close and they hatched better neary 5 clutch. And im not a breeder im just a pet parent.
Note : I never tame my bird from baby i tamed her when she was in adult stage.
She has passed away by last year because of health issue, now im having only one male grey.
There is no word to explain the bonding between i and my bird.
Every time she laied 5eggs and alws hatch 5/5, mostly one chick died after 2 weeks cuz of unable to get food. My lost bird name is jack.

My cocktail is very pampered, if put cage it will whistle n whistle, wen let it out so happy. Prefer to sit on lap or climb on shoulder n sleep. Someone must be at home.

Bro I have brought a cockatiel pair from pet shop for 2700 grey and pearl cockatiel but grey is female and pearl is meal cockatiel how to confirm pearl is male cockatiel but I check the pelvic bone it too close but they have spots in the wings but in tail no marking could you please🙏 help me bro how to confirm pearl cockatiel is a male
