13:55 that field is your sidechain input selector so youre selecting which signal is ducking your melody bus
as the single melody parts 1-5 are going into that bus as well you could also make them duck everything else, but thats not really what you want
so make sure you select the kick signal, which in this case is Input 6

the numbers are the channels routed into the limiter. From left to right increasing number. So if you want your kick to trigger the sidechain you need to select the number which corresponds to the channel of the.

Dude the sidechain "numbers" that you said are basically what sound the compressor is sidechaining it to
If you right click that you can see which sound is selected
You need to select the mixer track with the kick in it for sidechaining
