    Made mine following the pattern and video. This is my new favorite project. And yes, my eyelets would not stay in, so I scrapped them. Love this hat.

    Hi Ashley
    Thank you for the pattern. I bought it off etsy and made them for all my kids and grandkids this past weekend, they love them.
    A friendly recommendation would be for you to mark all pattern pieces with the name as well as letters or symbols to match. So when they're cut out a beginner understands to tape the matching A (or ◇) pieces together.
    Or show what the pattern looks like cut out and assembled.
    Thanks again for the great pattern and videos.

    I just printed out the free pattern, I am so excited!! When I tape the pieces together, what do I match up when I tape it together? Do I match up the swirly thing? I appreciate the help!!!

      Oh wonderful! Yes match up the swirls and if u are using plain printer paper u should be able to see through it to match up nicely

    How long is the para cord? Pattern says 2 in and I know that can’t be right

    • @breakingthread
      @breakingthread 3 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      I made it 25" for the teen/women. I would measure around the perimeter and add a few inches for the cord locks and the knot.

      There is, it's at the blog at the bottom of the page. I would never say there was and then there wasn't.

      I'm sorry, I finally found it after being sent to your etsy shop to buy it several times... I thought it was the smaller size pattern you were offering...
      Anyway, thank you very much.

    Its not a free pattern if you have to pay for it.

    • @Charmedbyashley
      @Charmedbyashley  ปีที่แล้ว

      Correct but one size is free and I'm sorry for asking to have a little bit of money for my time and fabric I used to create this project. Also this is my job so likes and comments won't pay for my kids to eat.

    • @TerrysWiredLife

      @@Charmedbyashley I do not see a free one. I understand that you should charge for your product. I totally agree with that.
