You know nothing about Cape Town, size and real estate yet you are here drawing some stupid conclusions. This is nothing compared to what Lagos could be if we allowed it and Nigeria's other 35 states to build themselves. There's a saying; you can't do anything properly without giving it full attention. The FG can't give full attention to 36 different states at the same time. Only the people from the towns, villages, cities, LGs, and states can give proper attention to their enclaves. Federate this country and we will see true black excellence.

Lagos success is not down to Igbo, stop that nonsense!
It is essentially down to Lagos being the federal capital for close to 80 years!
What with Nigeria reaching great heights of oil production at various points of the time frame!
So the various federal governments from 1960 , invested Niger Delta crude oil exports money in the development of Lagos!
They also established a industrial and manufacturing base and financial hub in Lagos!
To this day , Lagos still operates as the premier seaport and premier airport in Nigeria!
So it is not Igbo selling all two penny kpolo kpolo things at Alaba and Trade Fair that helped build Lagos!
If the nwanne want to show their business and financial prowess to the world, they should turn Onitsha and Aba into exact replicas of Dubai and Singapore!!
