I see such houses and I honestly feel the love and warmth. Such a cost home, you actually see the owner's vision of raising a family here.I love the fact that it's obviously well taken care of but the beautiful landscape is everything!Good job.
@@priterhomesrealestate That's exactly what I thought. Plus the owner let you showcase it as it is,beautifully maintained, all the spaces show the owners taste which I have to say is better than most Kenyan houses and let's not even lie to ourselves, this is quite relatable. As much as I love interior decor, nothing beats the feeling of welcoming home.
Surprised me today 😂😂, beautiful landscaping,it could do with a few improvements tho'.You can tell that it's a more mature couple that lives there with the decor🤷🤷
This house is nice,I just need to put shower cubicles in the 4 bedrooms then jacuzzi in the main bedroom and I'm done and some small renovations.I love it, considering affordability and the area itself. Is it still available please?
aki i can buy this house😍 and not change anything...just adding a bathtab to the main bathroom...its old but well maintained... inakaa tu nyumba ya shush na guks wa Nairobi🥰...would you know why they are selling?? hope sio juu ya loans... etc🙆
😂😂😂 true, the house belongs to an elderly couple and for sure they have really maintained the house. They are planning to relocate back to shags. Just tired of the city life
Priter Homes Real Estate, I wonder why many developers of Kenyan luxury homes don't build boundary walls (I don't mean this one)? Isn't a house with a stone boundary wall more desirable, or are most buyers foreigners who are used to houses without them?
Green takes years to grow to the height one would want but if one is in a gated community with a main boundary wall its easy then to grow green within as you are assured of security....otherwise you have to put a stone wall as you may need to move into the house within a year but you can still plant green outside the concrete wall
@@sallpollman705 Aah, now it makes sense as I also notice these 'hedge only' houses are in gated communities. Do you think it is right for me to wonder if this is a cost cutting measure by the community developer because the only cost is seedlings; and also a cashflow tactic by the H.O.A because in many communities these hedges are compusorily trimmed very short and at the home owner's cost? The end product is not a beautiful fully grown plant of your desired height but a generic box shaped plant.
@ Sarah Moreh, how does furnishing bother you??. If you can afford to buy such a great house...how much would it cost to furnish to your taste...common sense. Right?
WHAT'S YOUR FAVOURITE PART OF THIS HOUSE AND WHY ? KEEP IT IN MIND THAT THE HOUSE IS 10Yrs OLD.
Main bedroom and landscape
The landscape is on point. The house was we place to provide room for other activities
@@priterhomesrealestate Exactly
The house is awesome but landscape is dope.
The wooden floors take my breath away. It's small and very neat.

I appreciated this property more when I realised that the house is 10yrs old. The level of maintenance in this property is on another level

Between the 2. Which one would you recommend. A manicured lawn or a concrete one ? That's why we prefer green/live fence over stone one.
Live/green fences are more desirable
@@nyokafie Well said. The green fence are the best
