You are so right! The people of jamaica don't care if the government is not working for them. They just want their political party in power. Nothing goes like that. The Hospitals are in terrible condition. The Health Minister need to be fired. Does he tour these these Hospital.

Seriously Donna I must say I fully endorse your appeal to the government to do better as it relates to our health and school system. However, the question of asking or comparing Canada and the USA with Jamaica is irrelevant because those are 1st world countries with more resources and all. I think it would be better you compare with other Caribbean countries and I am sure that it might surprise us that we are doing way better.
Love the topic though. The reality is a lot of who run off go away and comply with taxes, rent and every other thing while they live free here. Some of us the citizen destroy our own health and education system. We are lawless and selfish.

Companies in Jamaica need to be more supportive. Things like water should be supplied monthly by water companies.
It seems like opening a dialysis clinic would be a great investment in Jamaica

Health care was always a problem in Jamaica i remember 1989 when i had my son it was 2 of us on a bed he wasthe only one i had at hospital dont care what government in power is the same treatment i heard Queenie speak positive about public hospital when she was sick the other day
