thấy anh này dạy ok hơn mr. datio nhiều, nc cho người nghe cảm giác an tâm về trình độ là 1 điều quan trọng khi muốn dạy học người khác. chứ ielts 9. hay ko thì ko quan trọng. chủ yếu show ra đuọc ability

khi chưa nghe thầy dạy em cứ nghĩ 9.0 chắc sẽ dạy những công thức cao siêu khó hiểu lắm minh chắc ko hiểu được đâu. Nhưng sau khi nghe rồi em thấy rất dễ hiểu và vận dụng . Cảm ơn thầy rất nhiều ạ

Bạn có cách diễn giải rất hay khi giải thích từ vựng mới bằng việc liên tưởng đến các hình ảnh và sự việc khiến việc nhớ các từ vựng khó trở nên đơn giản hơn rất nhiều 👍

It's for Vietnamese people... If he makes it in English then he's competing globally with other TH-cam channels that make IELTS videos, which is much harder. This is focused on a more niche audience (Vietnamese practicing for IELTS).

Friends, this isn’t really paraphrasing. Don’t confuse paraphrasing with responses and word preference. Paraphrasing is used primarily to relay, recap, or confirm information. Listening skill is a critically important part of paraphrasing that isn’t even mentioned here... What’s being taught here are simply canned phrases and words preferences of the instructor. There’s no critical thinking here.
Canned responses won’t help you with your fluency. Of course, it’s certainly one way to sound like you’re fluent. The danger here is that you won’t fully understand how to use the phases properly in a response if you are unfamiliar with the vocabulary and its usage. I recommend that you thoroughly look up plenty of examples for each phrase to understand the subtleties of its usage in natural speech to ensure flexibility in your responses.

@@MinhNguyen-lv4it You misunderstood the intention of the original comment. Yes, it's true his tips aren't bad. In fact, they are excellent tips. The problem is, as the original comment has pointed out, this is misleading since it is not paraphrasing.
I do have to say, it irks me you brought up his achievement, as if that has to do with anything in relation to the comment. Him having attained a 9.0 band doesn't automatically make him a god at teaching others. It certainly does help, especially with establishing a good impression of how well-versed he is in English as a language. The thing is, pedagogical skills are taught separately to mold people into educators for a reason. You may have a decent grasp of a certain concept but being able to explain it well to others is a whole different story. Try not to blindly and solely look at one's achievements to gauge them, see them for who they are.
