His shot mechanics are looking way better. That injury was so strange, I heard it was from a dirt bike accident, that I cant believe it affected him for so long. Its nice to see he's seemingly turned the corner health wise and can start to improve and try to get to where his potential is
Sixers fan here👋. I remember after summer league (where he looked like college fultz) that he was going super hard in the gym and got injured trying to lift heavy. Which makes a lot more sense than a motorcycle accident
Markelle diagnosed with thoracic outlet syndrome, basically the nerves going to his shoulder were being pinched which caused motor weakness of the arm. Thats a really tough diagnosis to make which is why it was misdiagnosed several times
You're right. He is 6"4, a big 6'4 and being from orlando I watched a lot of the games this past season. Markelle is so strong I watched him just move guy out his way on layups. Like they just bounce off him.

It’s all muscle memory, pretty much learning how to walk again but for shooting. Also he switched hands, used to shoot right now he shoots left
