Dude, this guys song, and the level of his skating... Fucking Legendary. Thought i was watching an ethan fowler part at, first, cause it just said FOWLER, i was like EVERYTHINGS SWITCH,WHAT!?!?! hahahha .
Great place for this story- I was at El Toro skating the 4 stair alone mid-late 90's and Heath rolled up, also alone, to go look at the 20 stair (probably scoping for The End). I didn't bother to go talk to him I knew he was kinda a private guy but I was trippin.... 2 locals, Ira Ingram and Dan Lursen, stepped to the 20 rail with 50-50s in the mid 90s, several attempts no lands. This was before pro's hit it, and barely anyone had a camera. Jerry was light years ahead of all the locals back then.... Wouldn't surprise me at all if he really did step to that nose slide.
@@unknownsender6852 Thats crazy. I can imagine the starstruck you were. I know from seeing pros like Mike Carrol and Marc Johnson at LA High. I got my first board from Soar Boardshop right before they closed, grew up in Mission Viejo.
lot of good shoes in this
First skateboard I ever got was a jerry Fowler dna deck, still have it to this day on my wall 🤙🏼
Way ahead of his time
I'm drunk and needed this
such a rad and mellow part
The originator of tasteful trick selection
always pulled through with solid execution
Gotta watch before you skate the Aquarium!🍻☘️
Honorable mention!

He doesnt bother filming when skating 20 stair handrails.
one of my favorite parts of all time...wonder on which camera e.g. the line at 1:00 was filmed with, really like the quality of the image & sound

Heath Kirchart said this fool told him he tried nose sliding El Toro one time when he there alone 😂
