- I wanted to share the beauty that my city has. So this is a short film of what this city has to offer. Often overshadowed by the city to the North, or simply seen as the most Chinese City outside of China, the city has much more beauty behind it then what you often hear online.

Beautiful footage. Just make sure @transportcanada doesn't find out about the drone shots.
All drone footage was taken a few years ago, and flight in the area at the time was allowed in most of Richmond (besides just over the airport). DJI also doesn’t let an aircraft fly in no fly zones. It seems airspace has changed for YVR and you aren’t allow to fly over it anymore today!
@@natelamm DJI's no fly zone is horribly inaccurate. Transport Canada absolutely can fine you and confiscate your drone. Their map is handy but only includes areas that are restricted according to flight paths. It doesn't include BC Parks blanket ban across all parks, and some municipal bylaws.
@@tamkmctavish1 I've also followed up and checked Transports Canada map and it allows flying across Richmond for drones under 250grams.
