I would chop those plants down outside, what’s the point of an infinity edge pool if there is plants in front of you blocking the view when you are inside the pool?
Too much dark gray…..everywhere! The front pivot door is silly, and you need fountains in those water features to prevent stagnation. But, all is forgiven with that garage area….nice. Thanks!!

If there weren't so many party house airbnb in HH maybe it would be worth living there. Anything that's in Karen Bass jurisdiction is an issue with woke policies that are soft on crime. Move to OC crystal cove gated community to avoid this situation, and the dreaded "mansion tax". The fact that this house is available for short term rental must piss off the neighbors. You won't find any short term rental in crystal cove, pretty sure the HOA and the guard gated security team aren't having random cars and people showing up at all hours of the day.
