I just started Dunkin bakin yesterday for the first time. I’m gonna train today again but I’m scared bc I think I’ll be by myself very soon doing EVERYTHING!!! Pray for me 🥲🥲🤣
First, THANK YOU for watching my video! ❤️ I know you commented a month ago (I'm so late 😭). I hope you're not doing everything by yourself by now. Are you doing overnight shift or day shift? I hope everything worked out and prayers sent lol because I understand 😂 ❤️ 🙏
Hey there👋🏾, good question! Yes he does. We have a required amount of donuts we have to make on specific days for certain donuts. We follow a list📋. I can go into more detail in my next Dunkin Vlog and share pictures🍩! Thank you for watching❤️!
Thanks for this video. I’m going back to school & need a PT job. Dunkin is hiring for a overnight baker. Do you mind sharing compensation? Or a range. Also how long are your shifts?
Thank you for watching my video! ❤️ Sorry for the very late response, but I don't mind at all! At my old Dunkin', the starting rate was $10 an hour, but since I had worked at Dunkin''' a year prior, I got a raise. Eventually, I started making $12 an hour. The schedule was set for 9 pm to 3am, but I usually finished early, so it was more like 9pm-1am for me. My check usually looked like about $500-$600 (every two weeks) depending on how many days I worked and how early I finished. I hope this helps, and again, thank you for watching my video! ❤️
Hey, thank you for watching my video! ❤️ I worked 5 days a week, sometimes 6, from 9pm to 3am. But I usually finished early, so it's more like 9pm to 1am. My total hours for 2 weeks usually consisted of 47-56 hours. Again, I usually finish early, so it's a bit unpredictable. It really depends on the manager. If I asked my manager for more or fewer hours, he was very considerate and would adjust them accordingly for me or any other employee. So, it really depends on the demand and/or your manger, because they only need 1-2 peeople per night to make donuts. Again thank you for watching my video and I hope this helps!
@@delayalowery that's not bad.. In Houston it says only part time, and I heard from reviews they only give like 12 hours a week which kinda sucks.. Seems like a cool job too to work alone. Thx for the info
IM SO GLAD YOU MADE THIS VIDEO THANK YOU !!! I’m interested in applying for the same position .

Does the manager give you the required amount of each product you have to make a day?
