Even tho we didn’t see the Generous Patron do its thing, a note for any Gluntch player is that Gluntch states that the opponents gets to place counters on their creature, not you which means it’s kind of a non-bo. Unless you’ve built the deck to place counters on opponents’ creatures other ways, Generous Patron does not work with Gluntch
So some quick rules corrections: 10:42 moraug triggers created during your pre combat main actually happen before regular combat, meaning you untap in the first combat but NOT the second. 12:33 goaded creatures must attack a PLAYER if possible, meaning it can't attack a planeswalker unless all other opponents of the goading player can't be attacked.
Gluntch is my favorite commander it’s such a powerhouse. Favorite way to play it is never choosing yourself, only do it unless no one wants the mode. Most of the time you are left alone and everyone is happy :D
So first off I love the content - I think that the variety of players and decks you have is great and the way the game is presented and narrated is easy to follow and concise. Something I have noticed in other videos though is that sometimes Andrew’s deck seems way stronger or just packed with more expensive and powerful cards than everybody else and feels like he’s batting way above power level. In this game alone there were fetchlands, a Mana Crypt, Revised Duals, Demonic Tutor, and a Gaea’s Cradle. A single one of these cards doesn’t make a deck overpowered, but having all of them and being able to get them readily makes an Andrew win feel inevitable if he isn’t taken out early. Obviously it’s your channel and if you like playing the decks you should have the right to play whatever you want. I’m more so speaking from a viewer perspective as something I love about the channel is the incredible variety of cards and play styles that get showcased that keep me coming back. Thanks for all your hard work!
@@MTGMuddstah Just another thing I love about your channel! You seem like a super chill guy and you seem to genuinely take feedback positively and care about what viewers think. To reiterate, I love the channel/your content and watching your videos inspired me to build a Rionya deck for myself which has become my favorite deck to play - so thank you and keep up the great work!
@@elcapitanofthemtn it may just be a bit of a conundrum considering Andrew has been playing for a while now and just so happens to have such strong cards in most of, if not all of his decks. If you look back at a lot of his older videos most of the people playing would randomly drop super expensive cards all the time and it all seemed rather casual all the same.
i play a lot of Faldron and testing I give up with the Arcane Bombardment It's too clunky and mana hungry and wait another round for maximize his value is a waste of 2 turns :/
I think Solitary Confinement and Eric's life total kind of messed up your threat assessment... from what I see of the battlefield, it didn't seem like Eric had a way to finish you off. Selesnya decks normally struggle to defeat players outside of combat, and after ten kobolds, it didn't look like he was getting past your blockers anytime soon. Max, who had a bigger creature presence and was getting an instant or sorcery back every turn, was clearly the bigger threat. I would've considered tutoring for Purphoros, finishing Max off with the ETBs from Prossh and his kobolds, then figuring something out later.
I thought the same thing, like why tf would you kill off the grouo hug deck, who was in no position to kill you anytime soon, especially when he can just double a creature’s power every turn
Hey Andrew I'm curious - why did you go for Eric at the end there? Eric wasn't a threat at that moment, and you died to Max right after. It was bizarre because you kept targeting Eric all game when Max and Micah were clearly bigger threats. Eric was just doing Group Hug shenanigans.
OK, I gotta say this because I see people do it all the time. Max cracking the terramorphic on the end step, on TURN 1, DOES NOTHING!! There is nothing to be gained by waiting until the end of turn 1 to fetch a land.
I mean depending on the board start and your hand there is a chance the starting plays effect what land you want to get if you are trying to play a specific spell in your splash color with multiple pips.🤷🏻♂️sure its a corner case but you lose nothing off waiting.

Feels like Prossh is one of those old EDH generals that keeps getting better instead of being outclassed. Nice to see him again.
can confirm. My Prossh Great Aurora Storm deck is more busted than ever.
Love my prossh aristocrats even on a budget he does work! From all the impact tremors effects to blood artist effects we now have he’s crazy
That first GLUNTCH in the intro really got me.

He also shouldn't have cascaded off the copy of Let the Galaxy Burn (into Moraug), because Cascade is a cast trigger, and the copy wasn't cast
It's been a while since I've sat down and watched a Muddstah video. Thank you for brightening my afternoon! 😊
Cascade shouldn’t trigger on the Reverberated copy of LtGB because the copy isn’t cast, and that’s when Cascade triggers. Love these decks though 🙏🏼

Just playtested my Gluntch build for the first time last night! This is a sign! Glory to Gluntch!
absolutely in love with eric's playmat love seeing another rkf enjoyer
Great game as always ! Wouldnt refuse to get an eye on Gluntch list ! :)
Gluntch is such a fun commander. Always pleased to see group hug in a casual game.

Great feedback! It's definitely something I'll keep in mind moving forward.

7:50 You dont Cascade when you Reverberate a spell.
man at first i thought Gluntch was dumb
now i want a deck of it
I always thought generous patron didn't work with glunch because patron has your opponent placing the counters instead of you placing the counters.
You're right, it doesn't.
Quite the Kingmaking move there Muddstah
Yasss gluntch! I'd love to see the list.
Love the variety of decks in this game - good showing for prosh - always love faldorn as well!
This was a solid high powered game, super fun to watch.
What's the Gluntch decklist?! I'm piecing together my deck for that commander and just trying to get ideas for it.
Thats weird EDH i miss the „c“ in it, does it stands for casual in here?
How high would you rate your powerlevel
- „average 5“
Crop rotation into gayas cradle into mana crypt
How did he cast the berserk during combat phase?
Damn, Micah just got hosed 😢
What a nice, balanced table!
Where’s the Gluntch decklist!!
LETS GOOO THE BEST JUND DRAGON RETURNS!!!
Is there a Gluntch decklist
When there is no O C T O P U S U M B R A...
G L U N T C H takes its place.

Gluntch deck link? D:

Group hug, budget precon, CEDH pub stomp prosh, and ???
gluntch is always a good time
Tbf, feels like this Prossh is a bit too tuned for this table
A bit? A lot lol

He has ignored me before while I Shenan, and he was worried I'd Shenanagin
There is only Gluntch, and there is only surrender
Max making decks I want to play. Par for the course.
GLUNTCH GANG RISE UPPPPPPPP
Can get some more of Mazzy , truesword paladin games
isnt that exactly the definition and purpose of a group hug deck though? :D
I thought you tutored for a craterhoof but probs for not running it
It's in the list
@@RowRowFightThePowaa could have had the game then
If only you had a Fling to win it!
I thought you couldnt cast Berserk during combat?
Not that it matters seeing as its a random game from a year ago.
Tzeench is pronounced Zeench like yeen with a z
Good to know!
82 dmg?!?! Jeeez! lol
Prossh player doing Prossh things

I thought so too but I guess he can fetch for a land depending on what people play.
Faldorn never does anything remarkable
talk about kingmaking
dotto
Too many cedh Cards in the proosh deck
They're all EDH cards

Hmm... still not as funny as O C T O P U S U M B R A
I think Octopus Umbra benefited from me never having done it before.
