That flask is so cool, got one for Christmas last year! It's just got a great feel to it, great size and shape. Dave C. says do NOT use it to boil things in, the cap won't seal properly. It's strictly for whatever liquids you want to pour into it. The shape makes it disappear into your pack or even your pocket but it's a little heavy. Should last generations.
Great little scouting setup , always a wise move to have backups to backups if one fails but i would also add a water filter , Sawyer mini for example and maybe even a collapsible water container like the 32 oz / 1litre HydraPak for example as well for a little extra water storage if anything unforseen was to happen and you where stuck out there . Great review , enjoyed it , 👍🙂 .
The one thing that makes your channel unique is that you try to make your own gear, which is truly what the craft in Bushcraft is. Making your own firebox is outstanding! I’m not a bushcrafter, but I love watching bushcraft videos. Keep them coming bro!
I appreciate the admission of feeling like you need more than you do with the fire kit. I always try to not take more than I need but there are always things I end up with after debating whether or not to take them. Good kit, good vid.
Thanks for the comment. Since this kit is meant for a quick scout I didn't include personal hygiene gear. I plan on doing a multi-day kit video soon which will definitely include that stuff. Cheers!
Great video. Thank you for sharing it. 🎉
Thanks for watching! 🤙

Fantastic that you make as much of your kit as you can. I respect that, I'm attempting to do the same I just have to devote the time to it.
Thanks for watching. I just spend a half hour here and a half hour there when I can. 🤙
Great video
Glad you enjoyed it
