Mr. Ogrintchouk, just so that it may help you to improve your music intelligence, please, listen to Brynjar Hoff, he can teach a lot about what music really is. Maybe you can overcome your music disability.
I don't think the principal Oboist of "het Concergebouworkest" needs your advise.
Mr. Ogrintchouk definitely has a perfect oboe technic; the sound reveals rounded notes, not distorted at all. Nevertheless, Mr. Ogrintchouk's music has no feelings whatsoever; his interpretation is not of a professional musician; his projection is dull and with no content whatsoever. My guess is that Mr. Ogrintchouk does not have the gift of music; he does not understand music. That is how life is, someone may appear as a musician when truly is not. Sorry for Mr. Ogrintchouk; he should know that technics nor music ear does not make a true musician. A musician is made by his musical intelligence.
