- Washington and Pennsylvania played an elimination game in the 2024 Little League World Series.

The best part of my work as a TH-camr is being able to provide coverage of sports that may not receive as much attention as they should to the large audience I have built over the years. Many of the sports I cover aren't posted by any other TH-camrs, which makes this channel that much more important.
One of my favorite accomplishments is revolutionizing the way sports channels create thumbnails. I've adopted two different styles, one with logos on the left and a game snapshot on the right, and the other with the logos in the middle and game snapshots representing both teams on either side.
I have a combined 4 years of experience as a Baseball & Basketball Play by Play announcer, which is where I learned my skills for commentary/breakdowns.

Yea that shortstop had some dirty tactics. Especially when it came to pick off attempts. Blocking the base with his foot which is illegal
Washington’s SS is a prime example of a big fish in a small pond. Probably was always the best player at home, is sub par on the biggest stage and starts chucking the ball at people

No one is debating his skill level. I think his performance in the LLWS was more of a personal issue IMO

Pennsylvania just blew it for future games. Letting your ace pitch 65+ is NOT a good idea especially when you are only in your 2nd elimination game. Also they were winning by a lot of runs. Could've taken him out at 35, 50 or even 65 😅😅

@@davidrobbeloth585 nah we dont give up on hamilton. We never give up on a kid. But we put them in the best position to succeed. Now i think hamilton could of got both of those groundballs cleanly if he wasnt teadering those glasses on his nose. They too big for his head. Too front heavy. Just too much interferance elsewhere than the game at hand.

Pennsylvania is a very good team .. they are like New York - very good but just not on the same tier as Florida, Texas or Hawaii

Their team is reliant on longo and the other team’s mistakes. Every now and then they hit the ball hard but they’ve lived off capitalizing on opponents miscues.
Idk, Hawaii beat NH 3-1 and PA beat them pretty easily...I can see PA beating Hawaii/NV

Seems there are tiers in this tourney
Elite tier- Florida, Texas, Hawaii, Nevada
Tier B- New York, Pennsylvania, South Dakota
Tier C- Washington, New Hampshire, illinois
I’m hesitant to throw Hawaii in elite with the way they play without Evan taveras. They belong in a B+ tier but Florida and Texas might rock them

If they do that, then they'll have to finally play on larger fields. 12 yr. olds playing on 46'/60' with USSSA bats, for example, will end up with major injuries & possible deaths.
In 2014 they were using U-Trip bats.
Look up the 2009 Chula Vista LLWS team, they hit around 16 HR if not more in Williamsport.

There’s an international and an in country bracket part of this is cause the U.S hosts the tournament and of course has the MLB but international teams still play to make it there just with less slots along with this the U.S teams have a tough road ahead as they have to face all the in country competition before going international
Maybe each country can have their own tournament. The winner then can be honored with a visit to the United States tournament.
@@faaqcee3 that’s a pretty big task and not all countries play baseball. This is a project that would take years but I hope it eventually happens
@@JoelOswald agreed Joel. Unfortunately even the area where I live has less organized baseball than when I was young. The appearance of these individual teams most probably shows the strength of their communities.
