For cleaning glue residue on trimmer, and your silicone mats and off a goof on a card...I use just a clear pencil eraser. Roll the eraser in one direction, don't scrub.

I listened to the questions at the end about acetate, i use tissue between the acetate until im ready to use, that helps me with the static, hope it helps someone.

I suggest you try wiping the acetate with a used dryer sheet. A new one will likely leave a residue.
