We are doing something similar in Ghana and we already have the incubator that can hatch more than 5000 eggs and everything including fertilized eggs will be produced on our farm. We already have 20,000 capacity chicken coop and expanding. Doc we can help each other . I really enjoy learning from your videos

I finally started myself my supplier keep giving me the ring around, had to go with a new supplier cost a little more but I'm so happy to have started, I'm doing birds for meat.

OMG!! I'm so happy you finally got your birds . I know how anxious you must be. I slept in my coop two nights in a row when I got my first flock of broilers. Just a tip, day old chicks need atleast half a teaspoon of glucose in 10lts of water. Also because their intestines have not been prepped for feeding most find it difficult to poop add atleast 10ml of liquid paraffin to 10trs of water for atleast the first 5-10days.
And I am very proud of you.

I am happy that your chickens finally came, maybe in the future, you should become a breeder yourself, that way you don't have to buy chicken that comes from another country, and your fellow Uganda's poultry farmers can buy chicken that was bred and raised in Uganda!
