Catching up with some of your older vides - Another really interesting and peaceful video and as an older person (much older !) I really appreciate your total clarity of speech.
Nice video. Made me laugh when you said your pic was a million ISO! 😂 Nothing a little Denoise software can't cure. I think I might head up to Scotland & shoot a few frames after watching this.
Hahaha I did use some Denoise on it and I am really happy with it, hoping to get it printed at some point 👍 you should defo get up to Scotland! It is AMAZING!!! #notbias
Great shot and I never care what the ISO is as todays cameras are awesome. Esp the Sony range where some are ISO invariant. Ok, I really want to shoot the Deer Rutt in Scotland, any tips, tricks or suggestions? Love the top end quality of your work.
If I have to crank my ISO for the image I am defo going to, I find it odd when some people say that you shouldn't go over X iso but unless you are full on pixel peeping your not going to really see or notice it, especially when printed. I used to do mountain bike photography in dark woods and would regularly shoot at high iso so I could get the shutter speed I wanted to capture the action, never had a single complaint from the people purchasing the images from me. As a newbie to wildlife photography, I haven't shot the rut before. I am planning to this year though so I can let you know then 😅 as a guess I'd say at least 1/1000s on the shutter though.
