Genuinely a genius ideas that pipe vise.. I'm just starting to learn how to tig and would make life much easier and also Australian 🇦🇺made. Very informative video keep up the great work mate. Well done.
I’m a machinist in Adelaide slowly getting into tig welding. Been following you and your products for a while. So happy your releasing videos to go along with them. Your advice is going a long way. Love to learn how you measure up and lay out your bends, switch backs and x pipes 💪🏻💪🏻💪🏻
Excellent product, great innovation guys! Just starting out with TIG too, this would be handy for my new hot/cold side pipework for the G42-1450 on my Barra
Awesome to see this in action, just ordered your tacking band kit a week ago after a friend showed a video of them and had to check them out. Love the ingenuity of these projects you come up with. Looking forward to what contraptions you come up with next 👍
I'll be working on a trailer build soon, and this tool would help immensely with the first welds. And yes, it will be made of stainless steel pipe, 25.4 mm OD. Getting things true at the start means the rest of the project will go smoothly.
@SsCustom_Engineering Shepparton, Victoria. Home unhandyman. Would have loved your clamps when I build the 4" stainless exhaust on my car (R33 GT-R) so have decided to rebuild it with Titanium if I can pull it off!
Absolutely awesome tool. Especially with all the process tubing. Question though, having a steel table, do you repassivate or EP to avoid impregnating the stainless after? I've got a tig brush that works fantastically. I do however have a stainless table top as well. Does make some set up harder as so many welding things use magnets.
Great tools. I ordered the mini vice and a couple tack clamps. Any tips for holding together pie slices, really short sections of curved tubing? Or angled sections?
just starting my tig journey. I'm going to have a crack at an exhaust for my ute and picked up one of your purge kits. I have a long way to go though. Do you have a preferred supplier for your stainless tubing and bends? From what I hear poor quality stainless just makes things more difficult
Love the simplicity of the design, very clever👍
Love all your products makes welding life a breeze!
Thanks for the feedback!

Love the design. What are the cutouts for though?
